1. The search brought me here. In the early 80's, I could go to any junkyard and find cars that today would be restorable. Some people saw the potential to make money down the road by buying all the junk cars but some never sold them and they just rotted away anyway. 2. I come back to see the progress. I "backyard restored" a few cars and loved the feeling of getting the parts in the mail or finding that hard to find SS emblem they hadn't made yet. Watching someone else do it brings me joy. 3. I don't dislike anything because the content isn't just for me. There are people just starting to get into this craft and need to learn. Something that I know how to do may be boring for me, like brakes, will be the reason someone came to this channel to learn about. Keep up the good work and Merry Christmas.

Thank you for the kid words glad you like the cinematography really cool to hear thats what you enjoy the best. Will try to keep it as interesting as possible even inside the confines of our garage the new couples year (Nova series). But we are really going to step it up on the BTW series. Merry Christmas my friend and happy new year thanks for dropping in!

I find your channel when searching for Rally tall pines lol !! I really like your nova stories. I also like that your filming is not all over the place . The stories of the owner that are working men that builds is dream in a house garage ...and the younger generation with muscle car is really fun to watch. For a one year show ,drag events I will sure be tempting to go and participate with my dart swinger if is around the ottawa drag strip . keep up the passion and have fun rebuild and driving your nova.

Max, excellent year in review and future plans heads up. Love the bar and holiday decorations. Compliments to the Missus. I;m sure she had something to do with it. 😊 Merry Christmas and all the best in the coming new year for you and yours! 🎄 Not to be critical but the perfect close to this 'Christmas card' would be a family shot including that rascal pup. Might be a nice touch to treat us with a short featuring your beautiful family with a holiday wish. Just thinking. 👍

O.K starting with the questions.........1- Love the content, the stories are amazing (I could be biased my car is in one)....2- To see the next story...always intriguing...3- Only dislike I have is some content isn`t long enough... That was an amazing end of the year reflection on a great season....Cheers to you Max and your family for the sheer dedication in making these videos. The team of Henry and Ross seem to be awesome individuals.....Cheers to them....(lol) And to all of the subscribers....Cheers to you all as well.....and Merry Christmas

1. I started following you when you were the videographer/partner on the Ottawa Design and Build channel, which later became the Home RenoVision DIY channel. It just makes sense that I would follow you to your own channel. 2. I stay with the channel because I truly enjoyed watching you rebuild the Jeep! And since the Nova was a favorite of mine 'back in the day', the Nova Series is going to be fun for me. 3. What I don't like...is seeing you guys speeding up and down the roads. Makes me nervous. But then it wouldn't be a car channel without seeing muscle cars speeding on the roads, would it? 😆😅 About the channel, you're almost at 10K'! Evidently you're doing something right!! 😅 I hope you get some good ideas from your subscribers! I'm going to keep following you as long as I can. You're doing a great job. I'm glad the channel is growing! Merry Christmas to you and the family!! And more importantly, have a Happy New Year!!

Sandi you have been a shining beacon it seems through the vast majority of my crazy career... you were in fact around for most of it at this point! Ottawa Design and Build man thats something I havent heard in a long time what a throw back. Its funny you mention that with where this channel is at it really feels like ive been transported back in time to 2016... especially with seeing your name pop up in the comments. That Big "S" icon is as legendary as Jeff's channel at this point! Sandi Rose is a legend in her own way! Always surprises me you legitamentaly enjoyed the Jeep series I feel like nobody really did based on my lack of experience and horrible workmenship. But hey I am thrilled to hear otherwise. Merry Christmas to you Sandi, glad you like the Nova new episode next friday and the craziness continues. Happy 2024 to you as well!

Well there you are Sandi! You covered everything well. I came along a bit after O D&B but the two renovation Jeff channels had me searching the details for the man behind the camera. A bit late to the party! (Happy belated New Year!) 1) If I remember correctly, it was the first part of TPB film location tours and later on the Oddowa episodes, loved the energy and stuck around to see what you get up to next. 2) Always come by when I'm free from work, you've really nailed it creating content that feels very casual, yet informative. Love the format and I think it works great. (I thought I had all notifications on but checking today, it wasn't automatically 'All' - it is now though) 3) Personally, it would be awesome to see more builds in progress from other people, classic cars, modern also. Thinking back to your monster build of the Cherokee, that was cool af! See what other people are getting up to around your area etc. I've seen a few of the time-lapse builds/ renovations and they are always great to watch. I'm hoping once it's done, we can get a full time-lapse of the Nova, from start to finish. I think you know the name of the Nova once it's finished, cheers to Jerry! P.S stop 'looking at the sidebarn and get a job' 🤣

Sean I always love your comments my friend, you comments are always great and cool to see a "oldschool" fan. Wow what a throwback all that stuff feels like a lifetime ago at this point. Builds in progress from others, I had thought of that a while back but was not sure how to make it happen into a show format yet. Cool idea though ill think about the possibilities. In terms of the cherokee build, you will see that style back starting this friday. The Nova series changes into a more DIY learning on the fly. Not sure if people are going to like this or execute me for it because im 100% honest in it. And there is a lot I suck at. But that series is growing in populaity so there will be more. Between the wheels is actually going to be retired after I film 10 more eps this year its just not doing well. But there are still 13 eps from 2023 that have not been shown so whole knows. The get a job comment was the funnies thing ever. God I gotta stop being a slacker it seems and get my shit together! Your response to that was 100% I think my wife said it best you "destoyed" that guy with that reponse. Thanks for that sean. Your the best brother! CHeers

Hell yeah buddy! I went back and watched a few not so long back, also makes me think about what I was up to at the time. Nostalgic stuff! Pumped for the vid on Friday! I'm sure people will understand it's a work in progress with a learning curve man don't worry. Shame about BTW, was cool to see the new cars and their stories. Heck, having 23 extra episodes in the bag isn't a bad thing though! No worries bro! Been fighting off the Dump Bees for a long time haha👊

Mary Christmas Max. 1. I knew you as the video guy i like your talent. So some how i found you. To see what you where up to. Creepy right. 2. Im hear for you. Im most interested in your rebuild and the potential value you offer. And the story 3. Is hard for me cuz you do a good job. Im disinterested in someone else's car if i doesn't understand the value he has bilt in to the vehicle. If i get to walk the journey with him i can relat with him. But to me its a nice car and the story with it dyes with him. If i walked the walk of doing it. The story is relatable and i can Celebrate with him. When i don't even know him. Some people that understand it have had a relationship with sed vehicle And there for thay will celebrate a nuther person's experience. This is my experience i can't speak for every one. You bring the story out vary well. The last two videos (i think you just about nailed it.)🎉 It was nearly everything a person needs to know to appreciate it. More pictures of the journey are critical. Im shir even you are impressed. The people that have other people work on their stuff are boring to me. Also some of these guys have secrets that are worth money. Those guys are the drag racers. The engine bilders. Thay will not talk in detail. If you find someone willing to talk about that. Its gold for everyone that wants it. Even the the most ridiculous things have value. Like cleaning rubber, lol. Different oil. Its hilarious what thay do. Find that guy. Only the racers do it. I think i have enough background with people in my world to say this. Good job max. I'm a nobody compared to you. Thers all really a crape ton of work you do to bring these videos to life. Respect❤

Probably the most useful comment I have seen to date. Thank you for breaking this down this really helps. My wife and I went through the comment and you have a lot of good points we never thought of. We are going to really put more effort into the questions in between the wheels to get more value for viewers (like you mentioned... certainly the piece we were missing). And from what I see you have a kid so I dont know your nobody but rather a dad, and thats the most important job in the world. So thats the only point you made that I disagree with. Thanks for this great message man you are the best. !

Hope to help more. I'm relieved this was taken well. I have a small background in the auto world like you. My friends are very much into cars and trucks. My cousin was a drag racer. I know little of the facts but I know there's different groups of people that love the auto industry. I can't say I'm that way but I like power and the different builds. And what the recipe for power is. And how much hp is given with different parts or adjustments. Sometimes, the simplest bild is the most coveted. If I told you to put a bigger cam in your truck and said it delivers 400+hp, people will come running to know how.

1. Search for how to fix something in my house -> H. R. DIY -> who did the camera work and editing -> M..... Multimedia -> Jeep -> here we are. 2. Host's personality and quality of production. (and cars, my passion is cars) But there are lots of those with the aforementioned traits absent. 3. I'll have to do more research and get back to you on what I don't like. + 4. What I look forward to most is the "Next generation" (pun intended) Nova! + more hot wife and cool kids. 😉😊
