Very nice review of the Integra Type S although I do have to take issue with one thing. The reviewer rather nonchalantly mentioned that the seats in the ITS are better than the seats in the Type R. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but the seats in the CTR are universally praised as being some of the best in any car. There are numerous owners/reviewers of the ITS mentioning that they are looking into installing the Type R seats in their Integras. The Integra seats may be better for everyday grocery getting, but for any type of performance driving the Type R seats are the much better seat.

Yes! I agree the Type R seats are much more supportive but I put the basis of my review on the fact that the Type S is a Type R for daily drivability so the seats are much more comfortable in my opinion

Unfortunately this ITS was made in the US with average to below average Quality Assurance as supposed to a CTR made in Japan. I had an issue with a few cosmetic items with my ITS but I'm still very happy with my purchase. I think both cars will get attention and compliments. Can't go wrong with either.

That isn't true. Acura builds their car under the same methodology used in Japan. There are reports of cosmetics issues from CTR owners too.

@Marbind I'm saying this from own experience and also there are other ITS owners having quality issues. Nothing made up here. Japanese cars made in Japan will still have tighter quality standards.

@@Coolmaninmotion Not true. Acura have to follow the same guidelines as Honda in Japan. Again the FL5 isn't free of quality issues either. 🤷‍♂ Just go to the civicxi forum, find the CTR Issues section and be amaze with the superior Japanese craftsmanship.

@Marbind They have to follow but they don't! That's my point. I worked in several companies that have factories in the US and in Japan as a QA/QC supervisor. I know what I'm talking about.
