In 2024, I'm hoping to start taking this channel more seriously as a source of content and as a potential source of income. This means making videos at a more regular pace and expanding the scope of the channel.
My current plans are to try to make 2 ~30 minute videos per month. Since some of my video essays end up being significantly longer than 30 minutes, I'm going to upload longer form video essays in 30 minute increments as early access content for Patrons, and then when the longer video essays are fully finished, I'll upload them as a single video for everyone to see.
This allows me time to make the longer, more in-depth videos as good as I can get them while also having some amount of income for the amount of work actually going into these longer videos, while also not going dormant for non-patrons with regular shorter videos that are available for everyone to see.
