Got the same bike but black..Get you some type of mesh bag for the trunk. And the. Put your paperwork or keys,wallet, phone in the trunk. Sometimes stuff slides down the seat compartment. I also have the headers from Motomillion and Bren Tune Stage 1. The bike is so different and explosive. Pops like crazy on downshift..Only downside is this bike runs through some gasoline!!!
Also would advise do your own oil change as you install the headers at the same time. That way the dealership is only unlocking the bike after the break end period.
I did mine on Friday...sitting in the garage with the heat like 9 gates to hell... 😛. Looks 100 times better...like you I thought the stock tail wasnt too bad but still had to go!! I put a tv in my garage literally jsut to watch the install video's while I work on the bikes... :D. I literally laugh at the guys who say "What are all these Torx bolts???"....us Harley guys have been dealing with them forever...at least BMW used ALL torx25 instead of throwing some 27's in tehre as well!!! 😛
Everything looks so clean. I wish it would be allowed here in Germany. Are you planning to coat your bike? If yes, what would you prefer, a wax or a ceramic coating?
I live in Brooklyn. You seem chill. I need to put some miles on my M1000rr anyway. Im up for a spin. I only road that bike 3 times, so far. I also have a 2016 H2.
