I don't believe there will be weeping and whaling. Evil doesn't do that. Do you think for a billionth of a second, Putin, Xi, Ping, have any human compassion and would feel bad? I believe, feeling bad, is a Christ like quality and the path to repentance. I personally believe, Putin, Xi, Ping, would be uncomfortable, to a degree of extreme, if any of them attended an LDS Sacrament meeting.
