2024 Buick Envista (Sport Touring): This Is A Great Value! 

We test drove this and it’s surprisingly FAST! and its got a good torque which is crazy for a small engine. It was also super quiet inside very luxurious feeling. We decided to get one!

Luxury feel, premium materials, elegantly laid out! I was on the fence between an Envista and a Trax, saw both in person finally, and the Envista has a more refined feel while the Trax has a more sporty feel

It really is a change from what we typically expect from Buick. I like it.

Buick is back, baby. Now I want at least one too darn big sedan.

Love the exterior. The interior isnt bad. The center console is almost identical to my 22 Colorado. With that being said i dont get all these vehicles having very low power outputs. These vehicles will struggle to get to 60 if you have multiple people or any kind of extra weight in them.

Buick has always made quality vehicles…they might sell more of these IF they offered AWD and bigger than a lawnmower engine.

Do you think this has better sound insulation and rides smoother than the Trax, or is there hardly any difference?

Is is a car or SUV? I test dive it. Really nice. Felt the Trax was sluggish.

The problem is the car will end up in the shop a lot. I have owned a lot of gm products, they are not a toyota...Go online read the reviews on buick and or any gm product. its not just my experience. Ask your local dealer what cars do they work on the most they always say gm product. they always tell me the japanese vehicles not many issues.

One cylinder more than Fiat’s two cylinder motor of the year!

On the highway at higher RPMs it will not get out of it's way. No AWD either for those that get a lot of snow.

Underpowered Chevy dressed up as a Buick. Reminds me of the Cadillac Cimarron…

Can we recognize for a minute that a spindly prop rod to hold up the hood is pretty ridiculous way outdated? Not acceptable even for a crude work truck let alone a Buick? My 10 year old Mini cooper has struts to hold up the hood and they still work. It also has dual latches to hold the hood closed on the sides instead of one in the middle, you can really see how those cars are solidly over-engineered compared to some of these overpriced new ones that cheapen everything in crucial places you can't see that speaks to the overall dismal quality and engineering. I honestly can't think of the last car I owned that had a hood prop rod, my 90s F-150 has spring-loaded hinges, my 90s Caprice has gas struts of course, as does my Mark VII and the Mini. For both the old Ford truck and the big Chevy car, both were affordable vehicles even when new, wouldn't use something as crude as a skinny metal rod to keep your head and arms safe when working under the hood. Why is this now acceptable thirty-plus years later when cars are supposed to be so much more sophisticated and safety so much more a focus? Cheap, chintzy, and I assume, Chinese.

A korean-built "Buick", built at discount Kia wages rates but priced at American union rates? Cash grab or price gouging with a cheap Asian car fitted with an upscale American nameplate? Any way you look at it, maybe a decent cheap little disposable car but overpriced for GM's investment and its cost to build. This is one of those vehicles you won't see any of on the road 5 years from now, unlike the quality, durable, affordable cars Buick built ten, twenty plus years ago that are still on every street corner. Most of these new cars like this are like Bic lighters, used for a while and disposed of because they're worn out with very little use.

The car manufactures are screwing the consumers once again since now they have switched over to direct injection which is defective and causes massive carbon buildup on the valves for which there’s no prevention and there’s no fix after about 75,000 miles these cars will be trash.
