Nice video Nek and great to meet you in person! I forgot to mention that Hamfests are also a big social event in that friends, who don't get to see each other often, plan to meet up to catch up. I was lucky to meet up with a few people who I have chatted with on the radio or online and it was great being able to put a face to a name. Unfortunately, the one vendor that you mentioned that cancelled had to do so due to a medical issue. We hope all is well with him and hope to see him back next year. 73!
Hamfests are great events, I agree. I was able to meet 6 members of our club too, that were from the area. One of them drove for 2 hours to be there. This goes to show you how committed some people are to this hobby, regardless of cb or ham. Hopefully, this gentleman will be ok. It was a pleasure to meet you in person and looking forward to more events from your club. 73..!!
