You know as much as it sucks that they are asking this much, the truth is, there’s no reason for them to “go pound sand” because I guarantee you they sold this for asking price. No, they aren’t getting YOUR money, but they don’t care whose money it is.
Bro, this sucks. I currently own a 2019 raptor, 2021 Trackhawk, and 2019 5.0 pp1. I custom ordered my raptor at MSRP and I’m in Cali. I paid 4k markup for my Trackhawk because the demand was insane. And I lowered that markup from 20 to 4k. I’ve been shopping for a raptor r since it s release. I’m trying to pay max 10k markup. No luck. I’m so pissed at Ford for continuing the release of the v6 Raptor and releasing very few Rs. That’s the problem. Fuck Ford.
Bwahahaha! $155,000.00 for that package! And the detailing is stickers! The connections for the shocks, and other electronics, are EXPOSED so a rock or other off-road debris can damage it…..Yep, it’s a F’d Over Rebuilt Dodge! Most previous Ford owners still aren’t over your F’d up iterations of the F150! You know, spark plugs that either blow out or are seized in the heads, oil pumps driven by a , ostensibly, nylon belt! Oil pans (plastic oil pans) that crack under normal use! Etc….etc…..etc. I will only buy a Toyota now! Because they always stand tall when frames or engines have problems and replace them….no charge!
I'll look for the pervious year model although it also cost a bit too but still way less than this newer model, besides it's primarily the fact that it has a V8 engine that makes me want one which 2023 model has anyways.
