Unless they added a selectable tcase or unhooked the front driveshaft. Those ranger raptors are full time awd. Not gonna be an accurate test

@@devengudinas1649 it’s insane the reliable power people are getting from Coyotes with completely stock motors and simple bolt on parts. Ford is even offering superchargers added by the dealership with full warranties intact.

That's the same 3.0t offered in the Lincoln MKZ. If that's the same transmission, I'm worried. I'll sit this out for a year or two.

10 speed trans improved since inception and in 2024 the CDF Drum made the biggest issue go away. I have a 2022 Expedition Timberline with 3:73 gearing which is a huge improvement over my previous 2018 with 3:33 gears. It no longer gear hunts and shifts smoothly and precisely through I know I’ll have to do the CDF Drum upgrade at some point. So the 3.0 L Ecoboost is in the family of the MKZ but not exactly the same

No proper transfer case. You can put it into 4 auto though

They originally said the were awd. But it seems people(including manufacturers) don't understand the difference between awd and 4x4. The raptors are 4x4. They also have a 4WA feature.

According to fords website it’s full time 4x4. Awd? 4x4 and awd are totally different. Not sure even ford knows what’s going on
