Team Kubota earned a spot in the Final Round of the Bass Pro Shops Championship Presented by B&W Trailer Hitches, eking out the win by 3 pounds, 9 ounces during Semifinal Match 2 of this General Tire Team Series event.
The match was a bit of a two-horse race that ended with Michael Neal, Dean Rojas and Takahiro Omori on top with 47 bass weighing 85-10. Although team Sqwincher caught more fish by number, the 50 scorable bass landed by Bradley Roy, Greg Vinson and David Dudley added up to 82-2. Still, the trio earned a trip to the Wild Card Round, keeping their championship hopes alive.Team Ferguson missed the cut, with Anthony Gagliardi, Stephen Browning and Keith Poche posting 33 bass for 63-6.
