Thank you for the informative video. My wife and I are head to Florida from California in a couple of weeks. I've talked her into making this one of the stops on our trip. Will be looking forward to some the places you recommended. Hope you all have continued safe travels.
Thank you. It sure is fun. But be sure you mark your location on your phone if you hike. Last year in February, we got lost! We were so busy talking and walking we didn't mark where we started! Almost had to walk to the I10 because we could find that on our phones! LOL
Thank you for sharing! I’m going to Tucson next week but I’m planning on visiting Quartzite for a day w/my young daughter. I appreciate all of the things that you shared to do, especially the rock searching. She’ll love that. I want to eventually go there for the winters once she’s out of school on her own and I want to see what it’s like. This video shows a lot! Thank you!
Glad you found it helpful. Hope you enjoy your day in Quartzsite. You’re right to fully experience the Q you need to spend more time. Thanks for watching!
If you head over to Blythe. Great restaurant Steak and cakes Intake and Ramsey Carne Asada head over to Oscar’s Stop and Shop Off lovekin south of the freeway, kiddy corner from the park. Best carne asada and carne chicken.
Thanks for the video and information. My wife and I had a 2005 Alfa See Ya when we first started camping. We would like to meet up with you guys in Jan. We are looking to arrive around the 15th - possibly a week earlier because of the Alliance Meet Up. I am a Nationally Certified RV Tech and I am also a preferred warranty tech for Alliance so I have some folks looking for me to fix some items while we are there. Hope to see ya there!
Thank you, very informative video! Question for you, when you visit different shops or restaurants where do you keep your dog? In your camper or vehicle? I plan to travel to Quartzsite next fall and will have my dog with me.😊
If we are going to be gone long, we bring him with us. But leave him in the car if we go in places. If we're going to a restaurant or shop local, we leave him in the RV. He's ok for 3-4 hours unless it's bad weather. October & early November is still pretty warm to leave a dog without air conditioning though.
Like your videos very informative thanks. Have a question. How busy / full does it get around November? I know it does for sure in end of December, January cause of the RTR
November is beautiful. Way better weather. Clear skies, warmer temps. Not nearly as crowded. January is cold, very windy with dust blowing. Often rainy.
Absolutely love your videos so informative. Hope to see you in court site at the meet up. Thomyt and Lauren FMCA Gillette. I still need help with my channel your tips were great.
There are plenty of people who do. And for the whole season. The wind can get pretty nasty though, so you have to prepared. In the paid BLM it seems safer than the free areas. There we hear a lot about theft. Safe travels to you.
Due to other commitments we couldn't get down there til the 5-6th of Feb. Are all the vendors gone by then? Never been to Quartzsite, wife and I are retired now and would like to come down for a week or two.. Thoughts?
