Thanks, you made me 🤬😵💫🥴🤕outlook and its creators a tiny less, at least just for today - great simple explanation, nothing like the go rRRrround and AaaahhrrrRrround MS help. By the way, I just tried it and if you copy and paste an already formatted text - You keep the format, even links (sharepoint folder link) in the template. Before looking into 'templates' in outlook, I was using different signatures to quickly enter the same legend over and over again. Thanks again ♥♥♥, You Are Awesome!
Thank you for the comment. If you have the desktop app as well then there is an alternative method which may be better for you. This is not yet available in the new Outlook app, but can still be used in the older version. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1sozFNGVGfc.html
I searched for the latest video, since theses apps change a lot, but mine doesn't have My Templates. I even looked for all apps, its not there unfortunately.
Hello, thank you for the comment! I am sorry that this is not working for you. I have just checked in the New Outlook and browser version and I am not able to replicate your issue, My Templates appears for both apps. I did find this article here that may be helpful to you techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/outlook/my-templates-in-new-outlook-and-web-explained/m-p/3950549 Hope that it resolves itself soon for you :)
