I know these storms can be interesting but please have empathy for us. I'm leaving New Orleans (which breaks my heart) because Ida was painful. Like physical pain for a week because the power was out. This year we're almost certainly going to have another one and it's scary. Wish us well and understand that we're not ignorant of the danger, we're just doing our best to deal with it.
