Coming Back with another Indian. This time a Chieftain Roadmaster. Check out the challenger video for feedback on electronics and tech and Chieftain video for Feel and review. This air cooled 116 is smooth and delivers good usable power for the long haul. I think its a solid bike.

I can make it. For sure actually I was planning on it. We’ll challenger vs chieftain but same thing really lol. My choice is pursuit. Due to the engine and how it makes power. If you prefer the air cooled life for sure the road master. Tech is the same ride feel is dam near the same minus 50mph+ where the road master feels a little harder to move around. I think the road master gets cooled seat factory and pursuit does not. I think the road master is slightly shorter in the fairing so if you’re smaller than 5’8” it might be easier to see over but nothing. It manageable. Real thing is which power do you prefer.

Sadly, Indian isn't being made by Indian but Polaris which devalues the bike quite substantially. Nice bikes for sure, but its future its unknown

Future looks bright. Winning against Harley bikes in professional events. Winning with anyone who knows how the two compare. With Polaris being an American powerhouse in Powersports, is it really that negative they went back to the true Indian roots. Unlike the parent companies that came before who tried to force other brands under the Indian guise? Want to check out something epic? watch King of the Baggers racing series on any platform. Check it out, these riders are crazy. Baggers racing league as well. Even having a blast in the Flat Track Circuits too. I’d bet if you stopped by your local dealer, it would seem crazy for you as well. All these features, without the typical premiums.

I cant say you will sell a bike for over retail 10 years from now. No one knows that. Every bike I have ridden is solid. I can tell you they will and have held up for at least the 10 years some of these models have been in production (some more, some with minor changes) I know the tech advancement just puts them in another category for sure. They have more tech than anyone else at its given price. And from a personal level I own 6 bikes none of which are Indians I bought them for more than I can sell them. Thats how 98% of motorcycles work it's a devaluating product. If you buy a bike because you think you will loose less money overtime your missing the what's a better product and ride portion of it. Holding value should not be the reason to buy a bike unless you're going for a special model such as the ELITE or CVO from Harley which will loose value yet hold significantly more than other models due to the limited nature of production. You cant expect any base model to "hold Value" if you use it. Top tier models always will especially if you don't use it. But I ride bro I'm worried about the fun I have with it while I have it and not the price someone else will give me when I sell. Plus never sell lol Thats my penny and half. Don't give up on a good experience because of a future you don't know about it makes you sound like a Harley rider LMFAO
