With your manual LogOX log lifter you probably don't need a hydraulic log lift on the TimberOX. You make a manual lift for the splitter that is sold separately.

Actually the parts manual said Igland for the grapple so I am thinking Igland makes it for both Frostbite and Witksaver (mine). Yeah I mis-spoke about who went out west. Thanks for watching!

​@@adirondackwoodsman I suspect they are built differently because Frostbite has grease fittings and bushings whereas yours probably does not. If it gets wobbly,, it won't be doing what you want it to do. Somehow only one grapple made it to the show. That might mean something that only one grapple made it to the show. I think Joe said that he was expecting a Frostbite grapple. Joe uses a Titan Chinese grapple that looks like a Frostbite. There are two holes in the end of each fork to put extensions on and for the cross plate. The extensions would be good for a better grip on a log or for skidding on concrete.. the cross plate would be good for scooping up medium-sized materials.

@@jakebredthauer5100 I thought it said Frostbite. Mine has the cross plate which is used for picking up and placing stones. I haven’t attached it yet. Also mine has grease fittings but I am told it doesn’t have replaceable bushings. I didn’t bother to look to see if the holes were there on the one at the show.

@@adirondackwoodsman Why not get extensions? I have looked at Frostbite before but didn't know there were any extensions for the tines of the fork until yesterday. You said Igland, so I searched Igland. Either you did not know about them or didn't think you needed them. BuckingFirewood has a Frostbite.

@@jakebredthauer5100 ​​⁠you are correct that I didn’t think I needed them. If I take that big of a bite I probably can’t lift it with my 3039R tractor. I did get the rock plate because I do have some good size rocks that I do need to move periodically. So far no issues with the length of the built in forks. Thanks for letting me know though. Jeff
