I have an iPad from 2012 and the only reason I’m upgrading is the fact the software ois is no longer updated so certain apps don’t work which is annoying as there is nothing actually wrong with it. So I believe it may be the iPad Air with the large screen for me.

I think it would be interesting if the iPad Pro became the landscape-oriented design (since it works so well with the magic keyboard), and the regular iPad kept the portrait camera location.

YES!! Thats exactly why i replaced my ipad pro with the Macbook Air M2 and the ipad mini 6 with change $$$ to spare afterward. With the magic keyboard and pencil, the overall cost of iPad pro is ridiculous, plus it weighs more than the macbook air!

I am still using iPad Air. Only issue is, many apps have stopped supporting due to older OS. Other than this, I have not faced any single issue so far. I bought Samsung S9 Ultra 2 months back and it is awesome too!.

Magsafe is interesting because it basically frees up the port. The biggest thing is fixing the issue of how easily the pencil gets lost.

I still have a 10 year old iPad Air 2 I’m using everyday but just for watching videos and shows. I don’t know if it’s worth to upgrade tbh if I just keep on using it like this. But maybe I would make use of notetaking and drawing if I could 🤔

I have bought three iPad pros in the last six years. They’ve all worked good they are all work horses but the one thing that frustrates me the most is that none of the, has a 16 x 9 aspect ratio.

Nice video! I'm probably in the market for an iPad Pro this year, so the topic is germane to my interests. I use my current iPadPro as a stand in computer because I like its form factor and the versatility of iOS format. I do think it's a bit goofy to having thing run thru widgets. but it's the price one pays for a clean desktop, just kidding. It will be interesting to see what actually shows up.

3:19 when they said mag safe i was thinking more of the MacBook port for charging in addition to the USB c port. So you can charge and use a hard drive it seems like they are trying to make the iPad have a balance between iOS and MacOS.

It seems to me the keyboard will be out of balance, I think it should be aluminum on the bottom keyboard and something lighter to hold the iPad up in the air.

I can’t understand changing the camera to landscape. Some users have said they never use their iPad in portrait and keep it on the keyboard 99% of the time… just get a MacBook Air! I don’t use a keyboard and rarely turn my iPad into landscape mode. Guess I’ll keep my 2021 model forever. 😕

Wait aren't the max brightness numbers misleading since what you hit in auto is much much higher than manually setting the brightness level and why use S9+ instead of S9 ultra?

I’m perfectly happy with the 11in Apple Keyboard and trackpad size. What I absolutely am hoping for is an iPad Pro with a landscape camera for work. And a functional file manager, iPad’s file manager is really bad.

I was in a market for an iPad Pro or some newer gen iPad than my 9th gen, but I don't want to pay MacBook prices just for the tablet alone and keyboard on top. Plus I bought a MacBook for my work already and comparing operating systems, iPadOS is still limiting at times. As a music guy, I appreciate the headphone jack on my 9th gen iPad, lol.
