Today we take on another 2024 ZX14r 25th Anniversary Edition! This customer is planning on taking this bike straight to the track so the modifications we're doing are geared towards those events. This bike came in with just one mile on the bike. So, can you tune a motorcycle before the break in period? Yes. IF you understand what you're getting into. Depending on the mods you're doing, the dealership, or manufacturer, could tell you it'll void the warranty, but they have to prove that the modification had a part in the failure. For more information, check out the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act. Anyways, this customer brought it all kinds of goodies. This includes a full Arata Exhaust system that you've probably seen at the Isle of Man event on the BMW S1000rr. This exhaust sounds MEAN! and it looks amazing, too. Along with the exhaust, we also upgraded the dogwood velocity stacks, oiling mod, clutch mod, drag chain, less than zero weight, pro drive 21, block off plates and a custom dyno tune on MR12. Lot's of performance mods for this zx14r which made great power! We always give some zx14 sound clips with the stock exhaust and the Arata exhaust. Motorcycle cold starts are always fun. Once we get everything installed, we provide base line numbers, updated baseline after the install and then final zx14r spec numbers AFTER we tune it on MR12. This bike turned out amazing!
