2024 KTM Duke 250 Review | Smashing Value | Sagar Sheldekar Official 

Sitting In office, with Teams open in background, trying to cover the entire laptop so people beside me can't see my screen, disconnected the office Wifi, connected through my own hotspot, just to watch this art of cinema.

KTM's 250 duke was always a sweet package among all the Duke's. It offered us enough performance, equipment and was a very easy to ride bike on the city compared to the 390. This new one continues give the same while offering more. The new 250 duke looks awesome, sharper,bigger and more aggressive. It has enough power for everyday city use as well as on the highway rides . The new duke 250 also offers more features for price it commands. Overall a nice package. This orange and black looks really good. The review was really good bro. 😄👍.

Love your videos Sarge. With all the new upcoming bikes its really hard to choose one. Your reviews though helps a lot. I have been riding a ninja 300 for more than a year and now I am planning to get a new one. My list includes a GT650, and Shotgun650(idk when RE will launch it thats why I am waiting) . Also according to some rumours Honda might launch the Rebel here. So I want to know should I wait for the Rebel or the SHOTGUN or get the GT650 ?

Cinematic shots are just outstanding. What a beautiful machine, The orange and black paint scheme and simple headlight design makes the Duke250 looks so much better than Duke390.

Excellent review Sarge. Im lookin to buy the new 250, however with the recent price cut, the 2023 Honda CB300R makes sense to consider against the duke. Hoping you share your thoughts, or a detailed review on the 300r.

Have ridden of healthy 70kms of highway ..termac...and got this kinda fill that duke390 is a hooligan which always want to be rev and always want higher redline for the punch ...bt duke250 got that calm nature .the low end is way more practical tge gearing is more sweetly presized...all ergonomics are same except the tft panel and drls... never found a heating issue on traffic while after riding hard in highway almost of 135 to 140kmph...fuelling is good getting around 34kmpl in mix riding condtion ..even bluetooth connectivity navigation and quickshifters are standard and still no price hike compare to previous model...thats what i felt duke250 is way more suitable bike for us who want a occasional highway ride... mad fun... even touring and everything .this is the sweetest spot of Ktm and one of the most versatile 250 bike in this generation

Hey sagar iv seen you wear the Axor carbon helmets in a few videos now and wanted to know how is the experience with these helmets. Im in the market for a track day helmet and iv narrowed down my options to the KYT TT Course, Axor Carbon and the Tiivra line of helmets. I feel the axor and tiivra hold advantage being made of composite fiber but iv seen several track day schools having different helmet requirements. What is your recommendation.

How would you rate the duke250 and triumph s400 in terms of behaviour below 100kmph, above 100kmph and the in gear accelaration? Which one works better as an overall package? The duke looks more substantial and has more electronics, whereas the speed has the HP and torque advantage. Both being at the price, adds to the confusion.

250 never excited me until this. It always felt like a middle child. They really did a good job. Does sohc setup feels lacking compared to dohc ?

Dear Sagar sir, Thank you for the review. I was seeing many you tubers, who bought Duke 250 are not handling it right and there engine is seized. I hope they do not have maturity to handle and maintain a bike like duke 250. I was very spectical after watching those videos if decision buy Duke 250 or not. Then I took test drive and it's an amazing machine. But still sometime was missing a confidence from motorcycle expert on RU-vid "Sagar". After you bike review I am confident of biking this bike. Really impressed with all your review watching since Duke 200 was launched and reviewed by you. Thank you. Hope other youtubers handle the bike with care so that is no issue in engine. It is just putting negative thoughts to customers on a such a good and reliable bike 😊

Hi Sarge, Which 1 would you recommend duke 250, speed 400 or Honda cb 300 r. Considering the fact that they are similarly priced. My riding would be kind of 70% city in stop go traffic n 30% on the highway

Superb cinematic stuff as always But bro the KTM is far from being smooth or vibe free.. it's a hell lot vibey and stressed out be it any ktm. But shockingly these guys removed the DOHC setup for this Duke250 whereas bikes cheaper than this onr offer DOHC for their 200-250 cc bikes
