Georgetown played great but that shot/goal doesn't even happen if the blatant over/back is called.

Can someone scroll to 41:23 and please explain if the crease violation is legit? If a defenseless player without possession is pushed into the crease is it a turnover and why?

A.R. 2. Al has the ball in the attack area. B2 checks A2 illegally, causing A2 to enter the crease. Is this a slow whistle? RULING: No. The whistle is blown immediately when A2 is in the crease. Foul by B2, and B2 serves the penalty time. This is from the official ncaa men’s lax rulebook 2021/2022 and is exactly our case, so either the ref didn’t know this and misjudged the rules or he judged the situation in a way, that the attackmen would have entered the crease anyway even without the push, which looks at least somewhat reasonable, so he gave a crease violation which always results in a turnover
