OMG! So - long story short - my wife and I took my mother with us to Japan in Nov. 2023. We got off at the wrong stop to visit the Meiji Shrine and ended up taking the back way through Yoyogi Park. We passed the Horse Club sign and I thought it was such a random thing to find in Tokyo!

Wow, I never knew it was expensive to travel using a car along with the freeway 😮 I guess you can never go wrong with public transportation in Japan. Always learning something new in these vlogs. Thanks so much for that 😊 Highlight of this video for me was the meccha kawaii Mt. Fiji dogs gatchapon. ❤ Can't help but get excited about cute items.

Fruit craft beers are hit and miss. I'd never drink it warm, as the cold mutes the bitterness. Looking forward to Spring just around the corner!

ちょっと待って、面白すぎました笑。恵方巻きって無言で食べなきゃなんだけどなぁって思ってたら、それ以前に方角が違うというまさかのオチ…普通の巻き寿司を外で食べただけっていう、、悲壮感ゼロのRionさんさすがプロです😂👍めっちゃ笑いました。今年も幸運がRionさんに舞い込みますようにと強く願った瞬間でした😂あとお肉🥩めっちゃ美味しそうだったのに終始、bitter、sour、weirdの hot beer🍺に釘付けで肉の情報全然入ってきませんでした😭ビール美味しかったのかな？ゆるり散歩旅をしているようで、まったりしてて楽しかったです！🚶✨ありがとうございました😊🙏

So interesting, I didn’t realize “Setsubun” marked the end of winter in Japan. 🤓 Have you heard of Groundhog Day (Feb. 2) in the States? It didn’t matter much where I live, but recently, I love watching the replay of this famous groundhog named Phil in Pennsylvania and finding out the weather forecast based on whether he sees his shadow (6 more weeks of winter) or not (early spring). Spring is coming. 🌸 (But supposedly he is only 30% accurate. 😂) Let’s keep rocking~ ✨😎

Setsubun celebrates the end of the winter in old Japanese tradition. How strange, for there is still a February to pass. Perhaps, nowadays when the temperatures are there that high even during the winter it makes sense. It was nice to see that you could have enjoyed your interesting matsuri meals so preacefully. As far as can remember it's the first time it occurred like that. Yoyogi park is even nice at this season although without flowers and leaves, but fun to watch. No wonder that both Shibuya and Shinjuku are that crowded during the weekend, especially at Saturday evening. What a difference to the less visited Setsubun festival and the residential back streets with almost no people. Another interesting video, especially it was so funny to watch you eating your sushi role facing various directions - 😂😂😂 Just keep on being yourself while proceding to other adventures to come. GAAOOO!!!!

Oh, your video never fails to brighten up my day, as I learned so much about Japanese traditions. So interesting to know how Setsubun festival was being celebrated with the throwing out of beans to ward off evil spirits and eating ehomaki in the right direction.😊 Gaoo!

Hi Rion, I enjoy watching all of your videos. Lots of information of places to go, see and eat. You have your Suica card on your Apple Watch and I would like to know if you can also have it on your iPhone at the same time as your apple watch and use one or the other or will it work on only one device and not the other.
