It is frightening that Mercedes, by fitting such advanced seats in the second row, forgets to move them electrically. I have one of these in the 2022 version and they are terribly unwieldy. I, as a man, can manage, but my wife, because of their weight, has trouble moving them. The front console is simply plastic. It is also surprising that access to Apple Car / Android Auto is only available via a cable. Overall the build quality is not great at all. The car cost more than €100,000.
If they didnt change the whole interior, that car is garbage. Cheap chinese parst like the window opener. And that is why I will never buy a mercedes again in my life.

So instead of this luxurious van, we get the more cramped Escalade and Grand Wagoneer in the states. And they don’t fit in the American garage like this one. Hopefully, the conversion Metris that Doug DeMuro presented can change that.
