Kelloggs are so underrated and under appreciated. So many stars. Very tough to find 1970-1972 uncracked. Great project for someone on a budget. I loved shopping for them. So much so, It started me on a little bit of a 'Doubles" track at the time even though I refuse to upgrade the collection😁 Fun stacks. Thatnks for sharing
@BringingTheHeat-VBC that is excellent! Yeah, once I found that box, I was pulling stuff like crazy. That was the scaled back pile for sure. Those are really cool cards and definitely cards that can be had for a very reasonable price. Thanks for sharing, my friend!
@MarksDodgersCards I completely agree. Seeing those cards today, I still remember seeing them in a card shop in the mid 80s and wishing I had them in my collection. Thanks as always, Mark. I have a cool Dodgers pickup in the next video for you 😎
Now you know how much I love these pickups haha... I've been doing some "Not attending the National" pick-ups myself, I was wondering if anyone else was doing the same. The SSPC Brett, Kellogg's Eddie Murray and Hostess Yount are all on my rookie wantlist, cool to see those additions. You can't go wrong at those prices my friend!
@blixcards yes, sir! I would agree, those alternative rookie options are excellent! A lot of low dollar stuff that is a lot of fun to collect for nostalgic reasons. Always appreciate you sharing and your encouragement.
@@Valuevintagecards-Aaron Absolutely! It's great you and Dan and others highlight those cheaper options out there. I mean anyone actually can afford a Yount, Carter, Brett or Rice RC in high grade with these options. Buy cheap raw and $15 more at SGC and voila... Slabbed, affordable HOF rookie in your hands in a month or less. The SSPC Eck is even cooler yet being pre-Topps RC. Always a pleasure, my friend!
@stevegallo8483 I will agree with Mr. Petty and raise you the rest of the decade. I love 'em all. Prices are on the cards in the video, so mostly 1 or 2 bucks before discounts. Can't beat that!
