I like both homes...and the PRICE... SUCH GOOD VALUE FOR SIZE AND QUALITY! I like the outside on the second home better than the first, but I love a foyer, so I vote for the first one. Again, very conducive to a pool and lanai, and I really like the tall pine tree backdrop in the rear yard. Funny, ever home tour I see from you; the cheapest are my favorite! Thanks again for the tour! Never really gave Ocala any consideration, but you have certainly changed that!

Ocala has a lot of great opportunities to offer for those who want to take advantage of them. It’s definitely one of the few cities providing reasonably priced new construction homes. @@SC-sh6ux well the main reason is affordability. Right now Ocala is one of the few markets in Florida offering new construction homes at affordable/reasonable prices. It provides opportunities for first time home buyers and retirees as well keeping monthly mortgage payments lower than other areas. There are jobs out within the area. It all depends on what you’re looking for. The 34481 will have some less developed areas. Usually the home prices there are lower than the Marion Oaks community.
