To make these predictions, I think you never watched any event at any Olympic before and, more importantly, you don't know anything about these sports and who are the contenders. Putting USA in first place in tennis is just ridicoulus and giving them 19 gold medals in swimming is delusional (and these are just two examples).
Yeah just to give an update, we're just past halfway through the event, and USA has 3 golds in swimming. 0/9 individual men's golds so far. Even if they won gold in every single event remaining, it's not 19 golds. This video is not prediction just fantasy.
@@cheearraesquerra No, to make predictions on the precise number of medals in every sport you must have seen at lest some olympics and to know something about each sport, otherwise it is just a video with some random numbers.
@@jerrybeansman207 Predictions are educated guesses. We all aren’t going to agree; such is life. You should make a video & tell us your thoughts, or better yet, “predictions.”
Did you actually go event by event for these or are these just wild predictions? The 19 gold for USA and 6 for AUS in swimming is pretty wild if you've paid attention to recent world swimming results. Most swimming podcasts are 50/50 split on whether the US or Australia will win more. The AUS and USA rivalry has been very even as of late. Last world champs, Aus won 13 golds and USA won 7. There's a reason why it was close at the tokyo olympics with the US winning 11 to 9. The Aussie program has only gotten stronger since Tokyo. And based on AUS olympic swimming trials, there's 6 heavily favored gold medals on the women's side alone with Molly, Ariarne, Kaylee and the freestyle relays. So the only way they end up with only 6 golds is if they lose all the competitive events on the women's side, only win the dominant events on the women's side, and somehow win zero on the men's side. Meanwhile, it's extremely difficult to see how this current US team wins 19! Basically every event with an outside chance would have to win. There's 4 heavily favored events for the US women with 2 for Katie, Gretchen Walsh and the medley relay. And maybe 2 for the men, with Ryan Murphy and the medley relay. It's very difficult to see how they will get 13 on top of that! Again, they'd have to win every single event they have a small chance in. Also, it's more likely the medals get spread out more between many countries this olympics. And it's not just USA and AUS in every event. Superstars Leon Marchand for France, and Summer McIntosh for Canada are heavily favored to win multiple golds. GB is dominant in the 4x200 men's relay. And the men's breaststroke is a battle Peaty of GB and Qin of China. Swimming has become very strong internationally. 19 golds would mean a US dominant performance not seen since the boycotted 1984 Olympics. Just can't see it happening at all.
A bit US centric! America us expected to win about Half the swimming golds you predicted! For Australia 6 is the low base! More realistic us 8 to 10 swimming Golds each for Aus or USA. In all other sports I see a similar American bias. If you're going to seriously predict, show more even handedness!
Yes very difficult to even fathom where 19 golds could possibly come from for this current US team. It's going to be a close rivalry not all time dominance.
This is nonsense. For sport climbing its almost impossible for Slovenia grab another medal except Janja’s lead and boulder guaranteed gold (because she is really dominant). There are new speed discipline played in Paris where China, Poland and Indonesia are the strong medal prospect. For Weightlifting, Armenia and Canada are not that strong to grab more than 2 medals. The realistic one is only one medal or maybe none. Another country more deserves in the top 3 by recent form would be between USA, Bulgaria, Georgia, and Indonesia. In Badminton, its more likely that South Korea will make it into the top 3, as they are have strong tradition in the olympics and have a good performance in the last world championships with 2 golds. The predictions should made per sport by recent achievement, not only based on last olympics performances.
womens indoor volleyball prediction is absolutely ridiculous lol, USA team is maybe the worst they have ever been in the last 10 years. and there is no way france and netherlands will make it to the finals while theres dominican republic and china in their pools… the final will most likely be italy- serbia, and the bronze match will be turkey-brazil maybe even japan cuz theyre rlly good this year
Right, to me the video lost credibility after swimming gold predictions . With current strength of swimming pool world wide , USA will be lucky to even match Tokyo count.
@@dinukadaluwatte4145Australia has a fantastic team but the USA is peaking their training about this time and has such a varied level of stroke talent that Australia should be behind. I don’t know how they got 19 but Australia has to have short, mckeown, chalmers, and mcevoy win heavily contested races for them to get more than the us. This is not helped by the presence of Macintosh who will undoubtedly be a thorn in some of the aussies better areas. Rn I have them between 9-13 medals but the us is between 11-15
The US will not win 19 Gold in swimming, more like 9 or 10. They would have to win all of the womens relays to get to 19 and that is very unlikely. Australia will win both freestyle relays by a wide margin. Summer Mcintosh 🇨🇦 may very well be the standout athlete for the entire games
Guy literally cut the last Olympic Turkish gold medalist in archery 😂 and put 2 random countries that had ZERO medals in Tokyo. What the heck? Indoor women volleyball predictions are a joke 😂. He put France and Netherlands into the quarters which is almost impossible. They would probably be the last of their group. Japan and China have more chance being in the quarters than France and Netherlands, come on 😂! Semi finals are a bit more reasonable. But USA is definitely very far from its usual form. So I don’t think they could make it to the semis. My final 4 is Türkiye, Italy, Serbia and China. Italy for the gold, Serbia for the silver and Türkiye for the bronze. But Japan and Brasil can turn the tables. In men indoor volleyball, he put Serbia to the quarters which is almost impossible. And he doesn’t even consider Germany and Slovenia which have more chance than Canada and Argentina. I think there is no way Brasil and Argentina could be in semis. Poland will definitely be in semis. How could you not write Poland to the semis 😂? So, to me final 4 is Italy, Poland, France and Japan. Poland for the gold, France for the silver, Italy for the bronze. But Japan and Germany can turn the tables. I’m sure this guy don’t watch volleyball at all 😂. TOTAL BS! Sorry, I have to dislike 😊.
Wow I certainly hope you're predictions are wrong (and they probably are very much so) cause that would be the worst olympics ever for France in our own game. Not even winning a silver in Handball where we dominate everyone since the 2000's is a wild prediction (possible but highly unlikely), not even counting only five medals in judo etc.
