I think I would agree with every statement you made about this car. I've owned that exact configuration for 8 months now (but Thunder grey), and love it to death. Some additional details: 1. The Pilot pack also has brilliant pixel led lights and cornering fog lights. 2. Many (like me) have nylon wrapped the piano black center console. MY2025 has already swapped this out with a non-piano black cover. 3. If you try new Tesla M3, my guess is that you will like its software, very low consumption, and decent interior upgrades, but you'll hate the missing physical blinker/washer stalks, gear shifter, front display, and cruise control resume function. And you'll probably find that the driving experience is nowhere near the same.
Great video, what I liked about the PS2 is the solid build quality feel of the cabin and the shopping hooks. What I disliked was the rear transmission tunnel eating up all that rear space.
As a diesel car lover it’s good to see you have an open mind with EV’s. I to have a RR TDV8 like yours but also have purchased an Audi Q8 ETron for my wife to mainly use and find it is a great car too! Both cars have their Pros and Cons so I think you should think about the car and what you need it to do rather than let the power source rule your decision making.👍
Nice review Sam! I have a MY24 PS2 long range RWD (+ an L322 too). Totally agree with everything you say. I’m 3000miles into ownership and I do find the PS2 unexpectedly good at grand touring, it’s effortless, quick and comfy. Happy car hunting 👍
Volvo cars have always looked good, my favourite would be the Xc-90 I think electric cars have a long way to go before I’d consider one , I’m a Land Rover fan at heart with my good old p38
@@richardburton5485 that is good to hear, years ago my mate had a P38 diesel (I think Westminster spec as he called it 'Wes'). Very cool vehicle indeed
