When mortgage interest rates dropped in 2009, it was too late market continued down slide for some time. My guess is federal interest rates will continue the same until 3rd quarter. Elections are different now that powers that be do not care about economy anymore for elections, they have other ways to get the “votes”. My gut filling the powers that be need/want an economic collapse.
Well, one thing is certain… we’ll see where it all ends up soon enough! I don’t see us having a similar episode to the 2008/2009 crash though, but it is an election year! 🤪
