When I clean my bathrooms, around the toilets, I add a bit of vinegar to my SteamShot, and I know it'll help with smell AND keep my SteamShot from getting any calcium chunks lodged in it!

Here in Virginia it is a waste of time to clean windows in the Spring because there is so much pollen in the air. Even my door mat turns yellow with pollen.

I take turns to clean my windows on weekly basis so I don’t feel the stress of cleaning so many windows at one go but I still will have clean windows all the time.

Dear Amanda, sometimes I think ...oh no, it's messy at home again because I don't had the time to get around and tidying up or cleaning thoroughly cause of my job or lots of appointments. I have SO many windows!! 4 in every bedroom, three in the living room. Eight in the dining room, two in the kitchen and that's not counting the laundry room or entrance. I don't mind cleaning the windows but I hate cleaning outside the windows😅

I'm an empty nester now so I don't have to spring clean per se. I do my usual morning chores and once a month a do a deep clean and that way I stay on top of it.

Nothing is better than freshly clean, sparkly windows. I noticed you said your home is 20yrs old. I wanted to tell you I love in the U.K in small brick house thats close to 100 yrs old!!! It seems crazy to me, it's had a new roof and windows this century though! 😊

Hi, I can't believe that you got 3 appartments done in ten days. Then came home and went camping. Girl you need a rest. Then come home before Easter and deep clean. I have the same steam cleaner. After the first 6 months mine also stopped working. I’d used it maybe 3 times, and yes I used distilled water.

If you have a swiffer pole attach your window cleaning cloth to it and clean your sliders and tall windows. It takes minutes and does a great job and you don't have to jump.

Actually got my kitchen painted and the cupboard fronts too... next is 2 walls in my bedroom... otherwise my spring cleaning is done,,, cupboards tidied up and floors slow vacumed... all dusted and plants repotted ... have a wonderful spring

I haven’t read all comments but the best thing I have done for my sofa was to buy the wood slats that are connected to each other from Amazon for sofas. You buy the length you need for the length of sofa. I have had mine about 2 years I am satisfied with quality. Some people also use pool noodles cut to length for the bottom of the back cushions.

Slim! I caught you jumping again! 😂❤Girl you crack me up trying to reach the top of those windows! ❤ it. Wow, my house was built in 2004, 20 years old too. Isn’t it amazing how filthy a 20 year old house can get in the unusual spaces that we can’t reach or don’t see? You seem to get every little crack and crevice though. My moved out two months ago (she’ll be 20 this year). But I went into her bedroom to dust and I noticed how filthy the ceiling fan and lights are, uggh. No jumping to reach this one, ha! Ha! 😂 I am going to need a ladder and some warm soapy water. It’s disgusting. I wonder if it was a calcium buildup on your steamer that caused it to poop out on you? Do they recommend using distilled water? I didn’t even clean my walls until I started watching your channel. I do it annually though. It seems the spiders come out and we get those cobwebs in October, so I usually clean the walls before Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays. Awww man… every bathroom NEEDS a Nerf gun. I remember finding the little bullets EVERYWHERE in my house. Those days are gone now. Count it all joy sweetheart!❤What a great idea…polyfill the couch!

You might like solar blinds better it allows light to come in but gives you privacy those are my favorite and cleaning them is so easy

I recently bought a crevice brush ( pack of 3) from Amazon. Great for cleaning window tracks, grout areas in tiles and the door track in the shower. I live in the UK but only paid £3.99. Not sure what that would be in US Dollars 💵 xx

Hey, sweet friend. If you use tap water in your steamer, I bet it's clogged up with deposits. Pour CLR in the water reservoir and blast it a few times. I fixed my Shark steam mop that way. Love your videos. XOXO'S
