I’ve been on RU-vid for like 15ish years now and I never leave comments on anything.. that being said, I really like how you tackled some of these ridiculous comments - you shouldn’t even need to explain what you do or if you can or cannot afford something. Also - I too, am a software engineer - loved this car due to its price, what is offered, etc. it’s not the fastest and it wasn’t designed to be. It’s an affordable luxury entry into the segment - just sucks that I had to get the type s for a v6… that’s the only thing I really don’t like about the model line-up.. but then again, all manufacturers are trying to sell 4cyls as premium products now..

LOL, okay that’s good advice! But I wanted to say it in this video specifically cause last time the annoyance stemmed from a TLX video haha. Also, question for you I see an Alfa in your picture. What are your thoughts on Giulia? Specifically on 2018 ALFA GIULIA TI SPORT and Alfa in general. 🙌🏽
@Cartalks100 ... Rule of thumb, "you can never please everyone.". Haters are still added viewers, so let them watch 😉😉 I have not driven the Giulia. I got the 2024 Stelvio. As far as driving experience is concerned, it's the best in its class. You feel special driving it, and it gives you the best balance between luxury and sportiness. It's like a refined BMW X3. But it does have some minor electronic issues once in a while, like the trunk not opening once in a while, button on the door handle to lock doors not responding once in a while, things like that. But you can overlook all of that when you start driving it. Also, the ride might be more on the harsh side if you get the 19 inch up wheels trim. I got the 18 inch wheels, and it's great.

And Alfa’s are very underrated I feel but the driving experience is actually top notch. I drove one the other day and I was like wow this handles amazing. Yeah interior bits a lil cheapy but that’s not what you’re buying one for anyways lol. I asked because I’m currently in a car switch crisis and I was mainly looking at M340i and C43 AMG. I kept an AMG for a week to test, I ruled it out. M340i I love but in the used market it’s hard to find one that has the Adaptive M suspension which I absolutely need cause without it on comfort mode the ride is a bit stiff. Then I paid a lil attention to the Gulias and even the 2.0L 280HP is still pretty fun cause of the car handles so I’m like this is def in the mix now. I wouldn’t buy it brand new cause I wanna find one that’s already depreciated. Is this your first Alfa or you’ve kept em before? This one pertains to mostly around maintenance cost and reliability
@Cartalks100 ... It's my first AR. Was never interested until I got one as a rental car for a weekend. Fell in love with the driving experience right away. But I would not recommend it as a long term car. After my lease is over, I will probably get a different car. I really like the looks of the TLX and the technology. This will definitely be on my list of cars to test drive.
