Wait you were in this? Man you all are such great sports! This song was by far the best Deltarune song ever. Funny that you are also in other fan songs! Guess some people never kick that urge to sing
Hmm now I think I know why they chose you as the voice for Caine, you sound amazing as spamton, you're voice just has something to it, and because Caine is similar to spamton in vibes so you really fit into that role!
Something i wanna talk about that i don't see anyone else talk about: The line "KNOW THAT PEOPLE ONLY MATTER [[in the city]]. I always thought of this referring to how in the Snowgrave route, the only enemies you actually kill (ie freeze to death with Noelle) are the ones in the Cyber *City* area
@@Markty07 As much as the furry community as a whole might disagree, furries can still *_technically_* be Nazis, even if it isn't expected of a Nazi to be knowledgeable about neurology and biology to that extent. Or, did you assume I only carry empathy regarding the ability to note flaws in capitalism based solely on my ability to comprehend neurology? Either way, this comment doesn't work as an insult with context, or is it meant to be reaffirmation? You should really use tone indicators for your comment, so potential insults can be more effective./s Otherwise, you're fine.
It's so fascinating that both the original and remaster are so fitting despite being so different. The original seems a lot more chaotic, there's always something happening to distract. The remaster is so much... emptier. There are so many abrupt changes, cutoffs, lyrics, it feels somehow more violently chaotic, yet less chatotic at the same time. Regardless, this is a worthy successor, and i congratulate everyone who worked on this because it is amazing.
I honestly can't tell which one I like more. On one hand I feel like the earlier variants vocal effects fit my vision of spamton's voice better. But on the other hand this manages to flow smoother in every way... If I had to describe it it's like crunchy vs creamy peanut butter. Both are good but the little details make the difference.
I was going to post about this on the original but wasn't sure if I was just reaching or hearing things. Glad I'm not the only one who hears it that way!
dude I just got headphones that can tell sounds and where they are coming from instead of it just being 1 audio stream and my god the last noelle part caught me so off guard with the quiet singing coming from behind on both sides. that's amazing. On both your part and my new headphones lol.
IM LITERALLY SO STOKED DUDE, this song got me into listening to more nerdcore like music and its just so much fun man, literally thank you for remaking this, can't wait for the final product
Some people listen to the original, some people listen to the remaster, but me? I listen to them both at the same time, because that’s what Spamton would do
The word "Snowgrave" being featured in the original song's title and getting hooked on the song for a bit got me to look up the Snowgrave route. Would have never heard about it if not for the song. I'm grateful for that.
That final crescendo ending with the sudden cut-off and then the STRINGS! It was already haunting in the original but now its like TIMES 5 Always really loved the melodies to this song, everything about it is genius, really.
Sounds more like a side-grade rather than a straight upgrade, but that kind of makes sense being a "remaster." You've already mastered it, so lets master it again! The echo effect on the last chorus with the heavy instrumentals does sound a little off, but that's really the only issue I see. GJ bro
Boiiiiii, if you feel old 2 years after a song drops and gets remade, then I outta feel ancient for waiting about 15 years for Pokemon Diamond and Pearl to be remade.
Is it weird that this is the first time I’ve heard this song? Like it just randomly came up in my recommended and I haven’t seen the first one, either way this is amazing
I love the fact that the instrumental is mixed in a little better, its especially present at the "not your world to save" bit. compared to the old one its so much clearer. such a good job
Oh this is top notch! The vocals are so much more refined and clear! The music sounds even better than before! The new visuals are great! Excellent work, a brilliant remaster of a favorite song of mine.
The thing that always stuck with me in the original was how Noelle's vocals gradually get drowned out by the background music, reflecting her loss of free will, so i L.O.V.E. how not only did you keep that for this version, you mixed it so that it manages to still do that while keeping Tohru's vocals still crisp.
A remaster ? Of an incredible song ? With Alex and Tohru ? This is gonna be goood Update : it was very similar but the main change, the big shot leitmotiv in the backtrack, kicks ass !
WOW [[TARGET SPOTTED]]! what [[a twiiist, what an interesting twiist]] what a return! and Alex Rochon is [[a truly exquisite]] singer! I'm not sure if I prefer [[the new update]] or the [[good ol' classic]]!
Am i a idiot to say "the eyes must be so hard to animate" also I like how in the last part of the last noelle part she goes "ladadada" and it goes ear to ear
I absolutely adore that the audio is more.. "real", like it's not as much blending in with the music and feels less like a song, which works perfectly for this one because it's about SNOWGRAVE. Which is meant to be DISTURBING and really unsettling. This remaster really captures that perfectly, by making the lyrics seem too close physically to us, and making the music itself reverb around us as if we were trapped inside of that video with the song, it just goes hand in hand with Snowgrave. Amazing remaster
How one person in previous version's comments said when Noelle sing about someone in the dark it's literally mean us. Because when we see black screen we see our face. This part perfectly show's main part of spamton plot - we all being the "puppeteer" who holding strings. Namely controling Kris, and that's why Spamton been interested in Kris. In endings of chapters Kris literally getting rid of our control over him. With whar we control? Literally with his soul.
2:50 yeah, now I can clearly hear that it is Alex’s voice, it took me quite some time to realise when this song just released, lol Honestly, I’m glad this song was a success when it came out, I’ve been listening to your songs ever since Composer Struggles, and back in the days I was really sad about them not getting more attention. Thank you for creating these masterpieces!
I just love a little but noticeble difference between Spamton's expressions on preview images. Original Spamton on the preview: heh Remastered Spamton: *ehehe)))*
