Now that we have physical mirrors, I dream of the day BeamNG will allow us adjust the angles (especially for interior mirrors). Changing driver seat angles causes a need for this.
That's a sick looking lorry right there. It seems to be based on the Scania NextGen (R and S) and the new DAF models (XF, XG and XG+) and it has a 5-axle version aswell. WTF!? That's one of the best things i've seen in Beam so far. The engine could be made up though. The only one that would come close in terms of displacement is the CAT 3408 but this one is European. The gearbox options could be extended (12+2, 14 speed AMT and 16 speed manual/AMT) but other than that it's a very wellmade mod.
The light patterns could do some work for example the low beam should show like 90-120 meters in front of you and it should widely spread but the high beam should show 200-270 meters in front of you and it shouldn't spread and should be a focused straight-ish line
Does anybody know a way to get paid mods through the repository? I play on steam deck, and can't do any sort of file management on the device. And before a load of linux wizards start berating me, yes ive tried everything and watched loads of tutorials for various methods none of which I could get to work 😔
I don’t know if there is a way to buy paid mods through the repository and download them, I tried it myself by typing in the full name of the mod. But I didn’t get any results. But some modders like LucasBE They make demo versions of their mods. But this truck is like in the video. I don't know if there is a demo version. By the way There are demo versions of mods in the repository, but they have fewer configurations than in paid ones, for example, Gavril Scout(Mod from LucasBE) has 32 configurations, and in demo versions he has 2 configurations
Thanks for your answers, luckily have managed to find a way to get the internet browser working on desktop mode so I can now access non-repo mods :) only had the device a year before ive got it to work!
I tried this mod. For feature it definitely doesn’t lack any, but i think there should be more skins and configs. This is in fact 7 euros, which for now seems a tiny overpriced…
BeamNG mod developers like this deserve compensation. Especially those following lore standards as opposed to stripping car models from other games and placing a price tag. The latter is nasty work.
@@BeamBot yeah i kinda understand it, if i would make a mod i would also make it paid but i also dont want to pay for it :( I might buy it tho, for me this is the first paid mod that really got me thinking if i buy it, but for now im just gonna hope that i win it in Simulator Adventure's giveaway
