Would not like a water closet! When I enter the bathroom, I usually am in there to use the toilet so I don't want to hunt for it. Otherwise great home.

I guess they feel more privacy having two doors between them and the rest of the family? I don’t know.. 🤷🏻♂️. However, yes it is a nice home. Even better in person.
