It’s crazy to see Kenny win on this platform & get 2nd in the SMX playoffs. It’s still competitive in the right hands at the highest level. Then, it’s a really good bike for the weekend warriors. I still hope to see them come out w/ a updated version. I’ve always been a fan of the brand & have had multiple Zukes.
A 2004 YZ 250 is still really competitive with the right rider on it. I guess the bottom line is if you like the color and the way it looks and you are committed to training and proper riding technique you are going to love whatever you're riding.
I love suzuki always have. I do think it's kind of funny, though. The Reviews comments about the bike are way different ever since Kenny did well on it this year, then they were over The last few years, LOL.
I think there's only so much we can comment about the negative traits of the bike before it's just beating a dead horse. It's been the same for six years now and we all know what it's about. Might as well try and appreciate what Suzuki is doing right with pricing and good value.
I bought a 2023 rmz 250 back in December, I couldn’t believe how good of a bike is was while bone stock. I’ve had Yamaha, ktm, kawi, now Suzuki, I’ve rode every brand of MX in the U.S besides gas gas, an have no plans to switch brands unless Suzuki remodels the bike an makes it worse. It’s So much better than the internet snobs claim. I’m bigger guy, 200 range an the stiff stock suspension was nice to have, For once I didn’t have to get stiffer springs. It’s still pretty much stock other than full exhaust. I want to get a twisted development ECU, but haven’t done it yet.
@@vitalmx Can you give us some insight as to why Suzuki hasn't changed the bike for six years? They say the Japanese bring in a new design about every 4 years? Thank you!
@@Efemedio1 Motocross just doesn't seem to be a focal point for them in terms of R&D spend. They've been updating their street lines but motocross currently isn't a priority in terms of R&D spend. According to good sources there, it will cycle back to off-road. eventually.
It took me forever to get used to my 2016 rmz450, it’s definitely not I bike I throw around in the air or fart around on, once I figured out that the more aggressive I ride the better the bike works it all started clicking. I mostly vet track at fox, a little on the main, barona annd all the other tracks around, bike does great in ocotillo and glamis. Don’t dilly dally, let her eat and she’ll move.
Not sure where Suzuki is headed, but if they don't want to compete with the competition, there is probably a good market for them as a general purpose budget bike. Like 3K cheaper than the other bikes...
ML512, I dunno man, but for claiming to be a "Joe Blow," your riding style and kit look very nice! Not sure, though, if the the average "Joe Blow" would get to ride KR94's beautiful Suzuki! Very nice content, as always, and what a attractive bike the RMZ 450 looks on the bike stand! That looks to be a great value! ML512, was it Vital or someone else that stated there may be a 24 and half RMZ 450? I'm old and can't remember, LOL! Thank you for the great content!
I love this bike lol *NO ONE ELSE LOVES IT AT ALL AND WANT SO BAD FOR IT TO DIE AND OR DISAPPEAR* SMH ion understand or entertain people like that (those people are specifically enthusiasts and Pro level racers/competitors that have no relevancy unless technology "moves forward" smh) it's a great bike and it's a great beginner bike and I heart uploads like this!
Would a vortex ignition fix the engine problem they say it's slow but ride it in the tourqe curve & your going places Mike Lindsay needs to enter a club race or the qualifying for the national it won't be that slow, it just needs the suspension off the Yamaha the engine & rear Shock redesigned update the frame it's a class winner
As a big Suzuki fan I have to be honest and say this is nothing more than a polished turd. It’s very sad that such a awesome brand and company still can’t get their crap together.
