2024 Toyota Crown - Infotainment Review | Apple CarPlay & Android Auto Demo, How to Use Touchscreen 

I just bought a 2023 pre-owned Crown. I have tried to add it to the Toyota app , however when I get to the step where you either scan the QR code or enter a digital code, neither is on the car’s Infotainment screen and I’m stymied. Help! My seller who is 45 minutes away texted me to edit the user profile. However when I access setting, no Current Driver displays.
