Happy Saturday! We have a small correction to make: the trims were accidentally listed incorrectly for 2024 and should be: Core -> Premium -> Circuit Edition. We apologize for the error! Looking to buy a Toyota GR Corolla or any vehicle? Go to carconfections.com/new-car-quotes to learn about invoice pricing and get the BEST PRICE on vehicles in your local area!
How did you manage to mitigate markup? I was looking for a GRC just at msrp core mode like no packages and everyone marks it up 6-8k$ its ridiculous...
In my area they got a core in stock for retail. Which sucks because I got a call for a circuit and got a core for sale and I can't get much for mine. So it works both ways
I’ve watched so many videos about this car. I love my GRC. So fun, unique, and dare I say, even practical. I wouldn’t be surprised if this became a future classic-a highly desirable collectors item.
I think this would beat out a GR86 because of comfort for daily driving and in all weather. the problem is finding a GR Corolla at MSRP . Dealer markups are the worst
I really wish you would review a MINI. The next generation MINI Cooper will be out next year. If you get invited to review it please do so. It would be great to see a 2024 review because MINI will be discontinuing the manual in the next generation.
I am so glad I didn't make this mistake... I am a fool for Hot Hatches.. I have always like them.. I was a fan of The STI WRX's, I have a Tuned Nissan Juke 250 Wheel Torque, and I just bought a Mustang GT with only 9K on it with one garage kept owner.. I almost made the mistake of buying One of these, I was also looking at WRX's and cars along those lines.. And I knew if I didn't get a Mustang GT or a Camaro SS, I would have had horrible buyer's remorse.... I just know how I am Plus I drove the GR Corolla and it was barely faster than my Tune Nissan Juke.. Yeah The Juke is Tuned to about 250 Wheel and a bit of a sleeper, But there's no replacement for Displacement. I have a naturally aspirated Beast for less than the Toyota dealer was trying to sell a Base GR for.. Yeah My GT is Used and Not tech New, But It has 9K on it. I just wanted that Next level power.. And to each his own if you want to drive a Type R for 50K or a GR for 50K great i hope you are happy. But I feel like that is such a rip off for what you actually get in power for that kind of Money..
Get a prius if your that kinda guy. With a gr you gotta be ignorant and rough and lazy. Eat fast food takeout get tickets pass everybody and no bike unless it's a gsxr
I would go for the Circuit Edition. The Core + Performance package dont make sense. And theres the Stealership Markups thats destroying the car community...greedy bastards.
I think if you need 1 car to handle daily duties and have some fun it’s hard to beat but if you’re really an enthusiast first and already have a car for daily duties you gotta go GR86/BRZ.
It's turd, You can't find the Base Model's for less than 50K.. Now if the car was actually selling for like 30K to 35K , I wouldn't feel that way, But for 50K Plus?? it's a rip off..
The core has such a shit 90s interior with hard plastics, at least with the circuit edition there's leather on the doors and better seats. Just wish these would sell at a reasonable price.
If you wanted a luxury interior that required 50 cows to die for, get a type r. Mfs really beg for a barebones driver's car that's all about the driving experience 1st and then bitch about the car then it does exactly that lmao
Toyota loves to reuse their names. I mean what does this have to do with the pedestrian sedan. Or the Cross? Nothing but a name, although it increases their sales numbers of “Corollas”.
Just the fact that someone is comparing a Corolla to a Model 3 is a win for Toyota…or that the Tesla is the boring “commuter vehicle” in the comparison.
How outdated is your knowledge comparing electrics with instant torque to a combustion engine. Guess what, Teslas also beat most Ferraris, Lambos and pretty much almost everything else out there.
