My first Tav has a literal book of backstory! I used BG3 to bring my two main characters from a book I wrote for NanoWrimo to life as Tav and Dream Guardian. Will definitely be giving you the shorter summary of their story though ;)

I’d like to apologize for how long the backstory I typed out was. But seriously thank you for doing this. I struggle with talking about my interests publicly so finding a way to finally talk about the character I’ve been daydreaming about for months is great, especially because I relate to her a lot being an asexual, protective, people pleaser with a dark sense of humor and a love for making fun of her friends. Seriously, thank you. This was so fun to just finally write about something I’ve been silently passionate about. Much love💕💕

Omg I love that this was an outlet for you to let loose and gush over your character! Im definitely going to read all of it so don’t you worry!! I totally understand the feeling of being shy or simply struggling to talk about something you are passionate about. I definitely have that same predicament most days. I promise you tho I fully support you obsessing over your character, making OC’s and giving them deep and meaningful stories is honestly such an amazing (and sometimes even healing) way to funnel creativity! 😊

UGH I wish i could enter but im unfortunately too late. Smh RU-vid you didnt give me a notif I also dont technically HAVE BG3 yet since I'm mega poor and at the time I decided to get it the Xbox save issue was still very much a thing so I held off. So I don't have an appearance truly sorted out yet 😭 I hope you have a lot of fun with this project though- and remember not to overwork yourself!

I often don't think about that kind of thing when a game is this far from release. >.< You may want to add that as a note on your submission thing because some people's Durges may have spoilers. I'm also guilty of forgetting people have lives that don't include hyperfixation. >.> Like me....I'm guilty of playing BG3 and drawing at work because hyperfixation is just my life lol Anyway! Sorry for the spoilers. I'm gonna go edit that post to make it not so spoilerific

thank you for this awesome opportunity! I just submitted my form although I did forget to submit my Tavs personality though so I’m gonna put it below real quick if you don’t mind -she is pretty childish especially after her fey patron semi takes control over her (kinda just lives in her head not full mind control) -although she has a childish nature she has insane levels of empathy for others (especially tieflings and abuse victims) -she is very witty -last time i checked in game her charisma was pretty decent so her persuasion and deception is pretty good..if that attributes to her personality Lol -uhh last thing I can think of is she has this thing where if you mention or make jokes about her mom in a negative light she will try to kill you or just give you major injuries if she can. whereas on the other hand she does not give a crap about what you say about her dad or demons in general 🤣 anyways hope you enjoyed my tav ramblings! thanks so much for the opportunity to share my tav and so excited for what you have planned next!

I love this idea! My mind runs on Oc/Tav's Stories i don't have the game just yet but i already have a story and idea of my tav in my head 😂 i will totally fill out the form and hopefully have a pic to show how my tav looks before the form ends! I would send my application... but I haven't gotten the game yet (saving up for a PC upgrade) and I lost the character sheet for the 1st DnD character I ever made, which I plan to base my future Tav/Durge on. Currently working on my own BG3 creative project, but taking my sweet, sweet time with it cuz I can't sit down to focus even if my life depended on it lol Totally get you with the brainrot lol. That happened to me when Persona 5 came out that I had to take a week off work. It was definitely a mess back then, and I'll do it all over again when I finally get my hands on BG3 😂 Excited to see where you'll be going with this new project, but Part 5 and beyond will always be my priority ❤❤❤

Ohhhhh I can not wait to learn more of your tavs backstory! Oh and I wonder if astarion and tav would ever open up about their pasts with each other? That could be interesting. I would love to participate in the tav project but unfortunately I'm still waiting on my pre ordered copy of the physical game. But since I'm anime trash my tav is gonna have the rather generic backstory of being isekai'd to another world 🤣

So I got impatient and just downloaded the game lol. I figured to get the hang of the game my first playthrough I was just gonna make a joke character n wing it.
