They look hilarious. I'd rather they start making the old Ranger again. They were simple--a durable V6, big bed, low curb weight, and mostly reliable. That was a great truck and you got your money's worth.
My guess is the infotainment system will now vary between trims. They have to justify, somehow, $10-12K gap in price to sell the upper trims compared to the XL's. I think for the most part, the only people that buy the Lariat are those that have to have, what they consider, the best of everything. Right now, there is hardly any difference between an XL, XLT and Lariat, certainly not enough to pay another $10-12K. Not that the infotainment is that reason but that'll definitely be a huge draw.
As user said, they had production problems with the hybrid and switched to the 2.0 as the standard to make it as painful as possible to go with the hybrid if you really wanted it. I know because I had to wait 1.5 years to get mine and got an extra $1500 tacked onto my sticker for the 'privilege'
@klutch14u Yep. I also waited a year and a half for my base xl hybrid. It rolled over to a 24 and was told I could no longer get silver. Absolutely stupid and deal breaker for me along with the wait. It finally came in and I walked away from it. Dealer was also acting a bit shady on the price so I knew they were up to something. They put it on their lot with a 5k over msrp markup.
@@JS-bp3up 'market adjustments' were all the rage. Did the dealer tell you about the 'Private Offer' from Ford for rolling your order over to a '24? On the XL hybrid it was $2500 that they'd have given you as a 'rebate'. If nothing else, you should have taken it and resold it yourself.
@klutch14u Nope. They just said it was ready to pick up and they needed to discuss the pricing. He definitely sounded like he wanted to avoid the situation. I knew about the credit and was waiting to see if they would do the right thing first. I already bought a used Tacoma so I just didn't need it.
Only Two change Price go Up like in 2023 to2024 no more $19.99 now same to 2024 to2025 😂 and the second Dealers Overprice the vehicle... Plus no AWD to Hybried Versión.👎
Do you have any clue how many full size trucks are literally never used for their intended purpose? Most people might by some mulch or some camping or whatever and this is all the space they need. How many people actually need full size trucks? Almost no one.
@@drn13355 a full roof, hatchback, and folding seat would be much more useful than one of these stupid non-trucks that can't even fit a bicycle without taking it apart
