they still make the 20 also avalaible with 900 ace turbo but onn the old frame but ... with a smaller gas tank from 42 to 36 liters. So im guessing the seat is more narrow for 2025 or it is a mistake and the 20 inch still have a 42l tank. That new Brutal is pretty much the xterrain Re from last year with the name brutal so it got more puch than xterrain re🤦♂️ The only actual upgrade for the "true" Brutal is the rear shock is now adjustable (kyb pro)and you have a metal brake reservoir. and apparently it is 2cm longer according to the spec.🤷♂️
Xterrain RE and Brutal RE are very different. Xterrain RE has a 3700 x 51 mm track vs Brutal 3900 x 64 mm. Xterrain RE has 1097 mm ski stance vs Brutal 996 mm. PPS3 rear suspension vs PPS2 DS+ Blade XC+ vs Blade DS+ skis Different shocks as well.
@janiyliniva6151 So it a re with a longer track...all around snowmobile with a bette deep snow capability. The big thing about the brutal was the 20 inch powder max track.... a Brutal with a 16 inch track isnt a Brutal to me. Feel like it is just there marketing departement to lazy to find a new name for the new Re made more for deep snow than trail.
@LynxSnowmobiles I did say that.... I also said the 16 inch shouldnt be call Brutal... may be if the 20 would also be on the new platforme but it is not. Other than the name they have nothing in commun 🤷♂️
@@scottbaker2495 I know and i probably know more about Lynx than you do so be quiet. That"s not the point even if they both are under BRP logo. Lynx is getting more and more alike a skidoo so yeah it"s fair to call it ripoff.
