Lamenting the loss of the hemi. Some outlets have also stated this hurricane needs some work. Lastly, Stellantis has not had the best record with engines that aren't the pentastar v6 or the hemi 8 (see the diesel v6). Hoping it's all wrong though! I'll keep the hemi just because it sounds better at any given point in time

Yep! They had leds in the bighorn/lonestar which is one step lower than a Laramie as an option in the 24 model.

It is better than the outgoing diesel option, but the biggest issue I have with this engine is that it has no oil dipstick.

That’s a nice sound but not in this pickup I don’t think. I prefer the V8 hemi

I don’t mind turbos if they are well taken care of, but this little engine with the High Output version puts out almost 550 hp on a 3.0L engine scares me that it won’t last very long.

this isn't a Chevy- If it was 45K miles would be a bit of a stretch. My Yukon Denali's Trans died at 39K miles.

In the USA the model year is usually (like 95% of the time) one year ahead of the year of production. Not sure why.

Manufactures usually release the next year of production a little earlier. This Ram 1500 is updated, so Ram decided to release it early.
