I love everything except for the mismatched Furniture in the living room call me old but that looks horrible to me but the rest of the unit is beautiful
I dislike the mishmashed living room esthetic. I love the floor plan, but the brown couch, gray couch, purple fireplace and black behind the tv? I would go insane.
I don’t like the new graphics. Don’t like the mismatched living room furniture. The construction, build quality, and finishes are good. They are going to have to sharpen their pencils so I can afford one.
I talked to them earlier this week and there is talk from them about still being able to specify the 2024 paint scheme...how long that will last? No idea. Best order your 25 yesterday.
I don't like the mismatched furniture and that brownish color they use is just terrible. To me, that kitchen is too cramped. The back corner of the kitchen would end up making you aggravated. Riverstone is extremely high quality but I don't like this floorplan at all.
Love this unit! Love the quality. We do not like the mismatched furniture colors. This is on our top choice list. Definitely would want disk brake and independent suspension.
I wanted to see what storage was by the beds, and the last door in the bathroom between the closet and the shower. Loved the 1/2 bath and laundry as well. Very nice 5th wheel.
Don't like the two different color sofas, the moulding on the cabinets look gross in brown instead of white. The surround around the fireplace looks cheap.
Don’t love the living room furniture. That gray couch is out of place (and looks cheap) and I’d like the theater seats to be a bit larger. My husband and I aren’t skinny…. Kitchen is beautiful I saw the “garbage can” hole in the counter-where is the garbage can? How do you empty it? Bathrooms are stunning. Love the half bath! That laundry hamper in the bedroom is useless. I would not be able to lift it out of there.
Beautiful! Except for the sofas. It looks like mismatched IKEA furniture from a college apartment. It brings down the whole space and makes it look cheap.
new decor is poppin... I'll take this over a DRV all day and twice on Sunday... they just need to do a mini-split AC & fully independent suspension... maybe GenY goose hitch and it's encroaching on new horizons territory.
Not a huge fan of the mismatched interior especially the main living spaces. Seemed too busy with so many different colors and designs. Do like the higher end wood products that they use. I also really liked the half bath with the washer/dryer already installed. I like the outside graphics. And that walk in closet was great!
Hey JD I agree with you I also like the older paints job. River stones are definitely A Cut Above well-built and I haven't heard any nightmare stories with this brand
Love it. Love the huge living space. The windows every were are great. The full body paint look so great. The cabinets look so much better than a lot of other Rvs I have seen. The pin box is my favorite. The huge bathroom is great. The wood work looks so good. The desk is great. Love this! Thank you.
Agree about the cabinets. There is a lot to like about this unit. Would prefer a single basin kitchen sink. Especially like the 1/2 bath and washer dryer location. Love the primary bathroom
Hey JD, I hope that you're having a great day! I really love the Riverstone legacy 39RKFB fifth wheel! I like the new 2025 paint package with the sharp lines instead of the swooshes!I like the way they separate the kitchen from the living room with the wood beam on the ceiling. I love how they are doing the decor with different color tones for the whole fifth wheel!! The different color tones that are being used in the entertainment center are amazing, plus with the electric fireplace flame color options they give you will set it off and will be amazing at nighttime. I do like the fact that Riverstone legacy gives you a bath and a half in all their fifth wheels, plus you get the washer and dryer in the half bathroom. The full bathroom you get the encore shower with the upgraded shower fixture with the multiple spray ports! The master bedroom is amazing with the room that you get, plus you get very nice nightstands on each side of the bed and they are level with the top of the mattress and not above the windows!!! Thank you JD for showing us this 2025 Riverstone legacy and giving us all the information on it! Your number one fan and friend Leonard from North Carolina!
I have been watching videos of fifth wheels for about 9 months now. I'm obsessed with watching them. I think I want one and then I see another. I change my mind constantly. I am convinced that I want a riverstone legacy. However I can't find one that has everything I want. The grand design solitude has a rear kitchen that is the most perfect floor plan but it doesn't have the insulated windows the thicker walls etc etc. The only thing that keeps me from getting this one is the kitchen stove is situated too close to the sink. And the double sinks in the big bathroom. The search goes on....
My dream is 36-38’ individual rooms den in back with counter top dividing rooms kitchen with a kitchen table. Bottle washer in sink. 4 burner stove with lg. oven and with all of the quality that Riverstone makes to their rv’s. Also I would rather hit a switch than digital buttons. I’m not tech smart. I’m from that generation rather hit a button to turn on and off everything.
Nice unit, but don’t like the living room furniture at all. Also don’t care that the w/d in 1/2 bath protrudes into the sink area. Otherwise, like everything else.
I watched your videos of the Riverstone building processes and materials utilization. While I do think they are well manufactured unit. It is just not my style of Rv for my Rv adventures. I didn’t care for the contrasting color schemes. I did see somethings I liked about it and I can see the modern appeal to a much younger crowd. I am not the glitz and glamour guy. I like more rustic form and great functionality that appeals to my style of RVing. That being said, I do believe Riverstone is a well made Rv. I watch all your videos Thanks
Very nice layout. Would like to see pull-out shelves in the pantry. Like others, I wasn't a fan of the living room colors. I do like it looks more like what you would see in a home. Need better color options. Would also like to see an IS options with disc brakes.
I’m not a fan of mix match parlor and would rather have cloth material on both recliner and couch. Also I get a lot of people want a desk but for me personally it’s wasted space I would rather have another couch or even another recliner. I would buy a Riverstone legacy in a minute but they are too long. Do you know if they will be making one under 38 feet?
I don’t mind the new graphics. The colors in the living room are not the best. Really like the dovetailing. The kitchen looked a bit crammed. The same with the 1/2 bath. I like what it offers, but the layout was a bit off. But, I’m no expert, just my opinion.
Three things that stand out right away are the couches in the living room. I don’t like the mismatch and they don’t look comfortable at all. The kitchen lighting is weird. Last is the bedroom headboard because it matches the weird couch in the living room. I like the closet and the laundry in the half bath
I saw this unit in person a couple of months ago and they were really just a couple of things that were minor that kept me from buying it. I really wish riverstone would put a farmhouse sink rather than the double sink. Also when you're washing dishes you're going to be bumping into those knobs on the stove all the time. That being said I really had a hard time finding a unit I like that has everything I want. I wish there was more dresser drawer space in the master bedroom
JD, thanks for another great video! A lot to unpack here... First off, I'm a huge fan of Riverstone and hope to own one in the next 1-2 years. The rear kitchen model is probably my favorite floorplan. That being said, these changes for the '25 year model will probably make me look at a '24 model year or earlier. Regrettably, in my opinion, there are more negatives than positives! Starting with the new full body paint... not a fan. If I wanted that look, I'd go buy a Keystone Fuzion! On the inside, it's like they were trying too hard! Love the tan recliners... grey cloth sofa? (Total head scratcher..🤔) Rusted metal decor under the tv, another miss. Ring lights over the kitchen...meh. Step up from the infinity lights, but still a miss! Kitchen is fantastic and half bath forward, the coach is flawless! The end result for me, is if I couldn't find a '24 or earlier model, I'll buy another brand!
I myself about gasped at their choice of furniture, but that's me. JD in your Riverstone series you guys talked about all of the 2025's would start coming with the new fiberglass roofing material but unless I missed it I didn't hear or see mention of it in this video. Do you know if that's indeed what Riverstone is doing on the 2025 models? That's a big thing I've been waiting to see, brother. As always, great video.
Hello friend. Yes, this RV had a rolled fiberglass roof. I'm guessing nearly all 2025s will have it since at the factory they have already switched on the production line.
I HATE and I mean HATE the new scheme. I hate it enough that it could affect my purchase decision and send me somewhere else. Luckily, I've been told the unit we want, the 4513 will not be changed. I don't mind them playing with colors, but folks should have more choices on exterior colors. Obviously, at the dealership is too late. But the ability to custom order a unit in the colors someone wants should be made available. The paint shop already has the templates, give folks the choice.
The mis matched furniture along with the fact that one of the recliners is unusable due to the fact that it will hit the other furniture anytime you extend it out is a show stopper. Do they even try these things out or just put stuff in there to say they have it? They must do better. If they can make that big of an error in the things we see makes you wonder what they are hiding in the things we can’t see such as ducting, wiring and plumbing.
RV furniture is moveable. Recliners probably shifted slightly in transport. Just needs to be moved away from the wall 1-2". Both recliners do in fact work. Non-issue.
I want to buy me an RV especially the Keystone Fuzion Toy Hauler (dont know what year but I do want it to be fully loaded luxury and all) It's been my dream to buy me a RV, ever since my uncle took me and my cousins to this RV show in Michigan I saw this one feature they look awesome and my taste, ever since then I've been saving up hopefully I can get both the RV and my F250 dark blue pickup
Love this floorplan overall! The mismatched living room furniture is silly...some executive trying his hand at "design"? But thats easily fixed. The one thing that might be a deal breaker for me is that stupid kitchen trash chute! No. I do not want to wrangle trash through a hole in my kitchen counter and hope it makes it into the can below. Just no. Somebody was trying to be too clever and "innovative" on that. But most of it is fantastic!!! Especially love the desk set up and combi laundry/half bath.
Graphics are better this year. But the living room is a swing and a miss. The two furniture colors and the color of the fire place surround don’t work. But, it’s also my favorite river stone floor plan
Looking at the Riverstone and DRV. After seeing the interior choices of the mismatched furniture and fireplace surround color I am very disappointed in Riverstone. I love the other changes with the dovetail draws etc. Unless Riverstone changes I will be looking harder at DRV.
Thank you for your videos - I notice you did not show the front and rear caps - the Decals are atrocious. I am hoping that is at FR’s request. If you see the front and rear caps they destroyed brand recognition by tattooing large FOREST RIVER BLOCK Letters above the ICONIC Cursive R - both front and rear. It looks like a crummy billboard. The interior flooring and furniture looks like a Forest River middle of the road unit not luxury line level. I hope they pivot with this. Have you seen JAYCO’s Pinnacle top of the line paint job? - it is metallic and sleek and looks much nicer than this. I have a 2018 Riverstone Legacy and love the paint and graphics and build quality.
Interior is rather plain and anemic, and doesn’t translate as a well designed interior. Sorry. The kitchen sink and stove are crowded badly. A bar with foot rail and arm rest molding with four swivel chairs (in slide) instead of a table and chairs would offer more function as a desk, eating, seating, viewing layout. The new one piece shower is great, and the new mount on the fold down seat is very nice. The new exterior is a great choice for residential use instead of traditional camping trailer. The new exterior looks premier and upscale. Traditional camping folks will likely prefer ‘fun swoosh’ over the new ‘serious sport’ paint. Both exterior designs are excellent and should be offered for expanded interest. 🥂🍇🌿
What were they smoking when they designed these new graphics & interior! Huge miss! (And we love Riverstone! It’s at the top of our list for purchase - but as another reviewer said, we will probably go back & buy an older model.) This looks like a college students apt trying too hard to be hip & trendy - or honestly just like a beginner designer just “threw up” in there. You expect a Riverstone to be elegant & high-end, & that “Oh Wow!” when you enter it. This is NOT it! This is an “OH NO!” 😂
I don’t like this at all. Don’t like the graphics the living room is atrocious have the light in the kitchen. Don’t like the tv fireplace area colors. Don’t like the dark panel over the kitchen and I don’t like the staggered height on the cabinets. I do like the floor plan just not the color choices and other items I mentioned
Not impressed 1st one of the doors did not shut and squeaked and did not shut fully, also on the draw when he said all dovetailed you can see the wood cracked.
Their furniture choice is horrible! And it doesn't even go with the fireplace area. Did someone have their eyes closed when they decorated it. I would probably have turned around & walked out ... absolutely no interest in this model!
Hate , hate, hate the living room furniture! do better for something that costs so much. looks misfit and so does the fireplace backdrop. looks like they pulled it from the junk yard. Wouldn't consider this brand because of these.
