There are currently three body options available for the Audi A5 family: coupe, convertible, and hatchback. However, the A5 Avant wagon is likely to be included as a competitor in the future generation. The Audi wagon is referred to as the Avant. Following in the footsteps of the RS 4 Avant, the next-generation Audi RS 5 Avant will make its appearance in 2026. Its superior functionality and stylish appearance set it apart from the rest of the line. Also, Audi isn't done with internal combustion engine (ICE) models just yet; we're not talking about the boring old sedans here. There are, nevertheless, a plethora of high-performance automobiles under development at the factory. As an example, in 2026, the all-new Audi RS5 Avant will ostensibly replace the RS4 Avant in the lineup. A more subtle than drastic change, the 2026 Audi RS5 Avant will keep its low profile and wider track from its forerunner. On the front, you can see two large air intakes, two smaller headlights, and a larger grille. The shape of the RS4 Avant's doors is almost identical to its exterior. An updated diffuser-equipped bumper, LED taillights with a light bar, and closer-fitting oval exhaust pipes characterize the vehicle's back end. Speculation has it that the new Audi model will make its global debut in 2026, following an unveiling somewhere in 2025 or later this year. Nothing has been said about when or how much the 2026 Audi Sport RS5 Avant will be available for purchase. Looking at the current prices of the RS5 Avant and its competitors, we can make an educated guess that the beginning price will be close to $95,000. Reportedly, the vehicle's 2.9-liter twin-turbocharged V-6 engine will function as the internal combustion engine in the hybrid system. RS 5 at the moment. The current RS 5 makes do with 444 hp, whilst the plug-in hybrid AMG C 63 SE E Performance offers 671 hp. There will likely be a noticeable increase in horsepower in the next model.
