Dan, I’m not sure if your real estate agent or not. But if you are, I’ve been thinking about moving towards Nashville and I am wondering what a 1500 to 2500 square-foot home might cost in and around that area. Something preferably outside of an HOA, that I can do what I want with. Maybe with a little land. If you canGive me a ballpark on some decent places with that square footage I’d be appreciative. I haven’t checked on the real estate sites yet, but I’d be interested to get your opinion about the real estate around that area and what I need to look out for, as far as bad neighborhoods or anything like that.
