@@ASuwan22 Forgot to mention about these finals in Portugal: 1.1967 European Cup (when Glasgow Celtic's Lisbon Lions defeated three-time European Cup winners Internazionale). 2.2005 UEFA Cup (when Sporting Lisbon lost to Russian outfits CSKA Moscow at home). 3.1991 U-20 World Cup (the beginning of golden generation era for Portugal). Also, Porto's Do Dragao was the smallest venue that hosted the Champions League Final after the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen that saw Porto's historic triumph with Mourinho.

This bid is strong and it’s actually Win-Win for all countries. Morocco have been wanting to host and came close and lost it to South Africa by 4 votes. If you look at the continental bids, it is time for the cup to be hosted in Africa (SA 2010, Brazil 2014, Russia 2018, Qatar 2022). Without Morocco, Spain/Portugal would loose most of African (CAF) votes. CAF members would most likely vote for Egypt/KSA/Greece bid (that’s 52 votes). The 53 euro votes would most likely go to Spain / Portugal but some would vote for Greece. Asia would vote for KSA. So without Morocco, the math will be hard for an only European countries bid. I think it will be a great opportunity for the 3 countries to have something different in the news besides their differences… and that’s the beauty of football: Getting nations closer!

Do you think Spanish people, especially the government, would love to see a World Cup final in the city located in the region with a huge and influential separatist movement? I hardly think so but perhaps you can change my mind. Besides, the 1982 final was held in Madrid instead of Barcelona despite Camp Nou was also bigger than Santiago Bernabeu so that could become a strong reference too

@@Democed from what i know, the host country decides where the final takes place. FIFA only makes sure the stadium fits the standards for the final with some compromises in several cases like South Korea-Japan 2002, Germany 2006 and Brazil 2014

All the Moroccan stadiums in the video (except Casablanca) already exist. Morocco is expected to host the Africa Cup of Nations in 2025 so some renovation is already being carried out.

For me, this should be the winning bid and the South America bid to be moved on 2034. I want the centennial world cup to be in Sudamerica BUT I know they need more time to prepare by 1. Improving their economy 2. Building the infra needed. With Spain and Portugal being the back bone of this bid, they already have the stadiums needed along with Infra. It is also fitting for Morocco to be included because they have been bidding for the longest time and even if it ain't where the World Cup started, it will still be iconic as 2 continents will host it. And these 3 nations are footballing nations.

Without Morocco you would lose. Africa would vote for Egypt Greece and KSA if Morocco does not present its bid. Asia would vote for that as well and some eastern euro countries. You will get some euro votes and South America will vote for their bid. I Hope you can count 😉

😂Because Morocco has approximately 75 votes for it, in addition to Spain, it will not win, since the European Union has only 53 votes, and We add to it that Africa has 54 votes, with 21 votes from Arab countries. Morocco is the only problem for this bid. Initially, the country wanted to compete by single bid alone, but FIFA's recommendation to have at least 2 countries as a co-hosts due to the new World Cup will be staged with 48 teams and also with traditional format, which means four teams are placed in 12 groups instead of having 16 groups of 3, this bid will likely got rejected. Not to mention, the Mediterranean, especially Saudi Arabia, had a huge prospects of hosting such a big events after the country entered a golden era of football and South American's chances to host a World Cup to mark the centenary of the inaugural in Uruguay and Argentina (they are two finalists of 2030), along with Paraguay and Chile. So far, this country needs a lot of work, especially making a new stadiums like Qatar, and all images that you posted here were the cancelled projects.

In fact, several of Morocco's stadiums have been upgraded and modernized to meet international standards. Additionally, the country has successfully hosted several major international events, such as the FIFA Club World Cup in 2013, 2014,2022 and the African Nations Championship in 2018. Furthermore, Morocco's bid for the 2026 FIFA World Cup was approved by the FIFA Evaluation Task Force, which assessed the country's ability to host the tournament. The task force praised Morocco's infrastructure and commitment to ensuring a successful event. We don't need opinions from countries with no experience in hosting major tournaments .
