Really lovely home very plain and understated exterior. I really love the mid century vibe the styling was really great. I really like the ecofriendly driveway. 3.2 mill? I wouldn't have thought it was worth that.
Beautiful house. Beautifully staged. Finishes are nice looking and the bathrooms are stunningly done. But over 3 million ? Maybe not. But then again if I won a lottery hell sure I'd buy it.

Vertigo686 quick redfin search returns 8 sales of $2.5 m+ within a few miles in the past 6 months, and 500+ homes in the toronto area. You’re full of shit, didn’t think someone would actually check the facts did you?
@@YS-tv4yv LOL.. nice try. The houses you mentioned are not in the immediate area. Tell you what, lets see what this house sells for then we can talk about who's full of shit.
You can buy a house(albeit older) in Rosedale for this price. A far better neighborhood, far bigger lot. It's very hard to move residential houses over 2 mil now days. But then again, there are suckers around.
It’s all bells and whistles, space is minimum, beautifully finished indeed, but that entrance so narrow, no space for a practical mud room, the powder room is also minuscule, not for 3.2 millions.
Even if it’s all optimise, it,s so narrow....all rooms look like a hallway. We know that the price tag is way over what the reno material worth...it’s really tag to the localisation. I am glad that I’m not living in Toronto. My house would worth 12 millions in that area....but i am good where it’s : )
@@birdhousemediatv Your exposure and colors are amazing!! I can't get my images to look like yours at all! Are you using slog2? It looks like you're getting so much dynamic range. Thank you for the response!
Does anyone know what brand and color temperature of the recessed lights they used for the entire house? I believe the color temperature is neutral white, around 3000-4000K. Thanksssss!!!
