These always end up being harder than I think lol the movements are small but they start to burn so quickly! The planks/hovering part really kicked my behind. Always love your workouts!
I’m always so excited to try out every workout video you post. I can’t believe 2 years ago I hated working out and could never stay consistent. Now I love working out and it makes me happier. Halfway through the workout and I feel like my hands are gonna give up. But I love it I haven't worked out in a year and just doing half of the workout makes me feel happy thank you for the amazing workout video 😇🖤.

I am just so grateful that this workout exists. I’ve been able to stick to it since april and it is july right now(with breaks). Not only did it help me stay consisted, but it also helped me achieve my physique goals❤❤❤
found you via tiktok, first video i’ve followed along to! been going to the gym for seven months now and always wanted to incorporate pilates in my workouts, this was a great start and i am definitely gonna include your videos in my routine! thank you! :)
Oh wow, this workout is absolutely amazing. At first I believed that maybe it'd be too easy because I didn't feel much of a burn, but I was quickly proved wrong and realised that this workout is harder than I expected. I loved the burn and some of the moves really kicked my behind haha! Thank you so much for posting such incredible workouts for free. The music is simply perfect for a little morning workout to start off my day. I love everything about this workout.
Lately I haven’t had much time to workout but I feel like this is quick & easy plus hit the whole body! I’m hoping I can do this everyday and see some results 😅
My first time doing your workout and I love it. I could feel my muscles working, thank you for sharing. It would be better if you could talk just a little in the beginning of each workout just to know what comes next, especially when the exercises are face down, my neck was confused between watching the TV or doing the exercises. Hi!! I also discovered her on Instagram! and when I first started I did her Week Pilates Plan and that really worked for me as a beginner, and also this workout is really nice and you can feel the burn by the end. hopefully that helps ❤
@@euphoric_dance7456 it happened on my second day i thought they were about to break lol so i just stopped. But i did it the next day and it was fine! So definitely keep trying!
