Isa - we missed you! Thank you for taking the time to create these videos. ❤ I'm only 30 years old, but I have nerve damage that makes working out difficult. Your videos are gentle, but enough of a work out to make my body always feel better afterwards. You are awesome!

I only felt the side portion in my waist not my legs 😅 but I just discovered your channel and I love your workouts! It'd be great if you could consider uploading longer videos like 40 min workouts? ❤
