The reason why the loopback IPs weren't there is that you typed edit 0 first when adding 10.127.x.x, then on the next network you typed edit 1. The rules start with 1, edit 0 is used to pick the next available number which, when you start, is number 1. So you basically overwrote the 10.127.x.x entry with the second entry.
