Breakfast : lemon water with honey OR watermelon juice OR buttermilk with sugar Pre workout : empty stomach or if looking for muscle mass - 6-12 soaked almonds with roasted flax seeds OR half a banana with roasted flax seeds OR dry date soaked overnight with roasted flax seeds Have bath compulsorily before taking post workout Good Post workout : idly or dosa or poha Lunch : take before 1:30 only . Don’t take brown rice . You can Take white rice only. You can take millets once a week . Persons with high insurance resistance give one or two hrs gap while taking fruits. Others can take with food. Snacking options - peanut chikki , nuvvula chikki , roasted marmaralu , roasted atukulu , phool Makhana Take in limited quantity only . Dinner : have dinner by 6:30 pm. Half dinner should be raw vegetables with green leafy vegetables. Then take single polished rice , curd. Sleep by 9:30 if possible . Snacking option for late night : vegetable soup , diluted buttermilk with sugar
this is the firt time I saw full video and as a South Indian we can't skip rice, this video helps me to loss my weight And the way u r explaining each single item also good and WOW I am having a doubt previously like our ancestors took same food but they are good, but can't we. Superb ma'am. I liked your points about millets. Too much of anything is not good. Millets are not suitable for everybody. It may lead to some health issues. Like in my personal case. Trust me people millets aren't good dear. Thank you maam for spreading this

I use to have rice 3times per day. From my childhood. Very rarely I use to have breakfast otherwise only rice with leaf curries vegetables. But I am looking good
