Breakfast : lemon water with honey OR watermelon juice OR buttermilk with sugar Pre workout : empty stomach or if looking for muscle mass - 6-12 soaked almonds with roasted flax seeds OR half a banana with roasted flax seeds OR dry date soaked overnight with roasted flax seeds Have bath compulsorily before taking post workout Good Post workout : idly or dosa or poha Lunch : take before 1:30 only . Don’t take brown rice . You can Take white rice only. You can take millets once a week . Persons with high insurance resistance give one or two hrs gap while taking fruits. Others can take with food. Snacking options - peanut chikki , nuvvula chikki , roasted marmaralu , roasted atukulu , phool Makhana Take in limited quantity only . Dinner : have dinner by 6:30 pm. Half dinner should be raw vegetables with green leafy vegetables. Then take single polished rice , curd. Sleep by 9:30 if possible . Snacking option for late night : vegetable soup , diluted buttermilk with sugar

Superb ma'am. I liked your points about millets. Too much of anything is not good. Millets are not suitable for everybody. It may lead to some health issues. Like in my personal case. Trust me people millets aren't good dear. Thank you maam for spreading this

Yes possible, daily morning and evening one hour walking. Rise, oil, avoide చేయండి, 25 పర్సెంట్ మాత్రమే ఫుడ్ తీసుకోండి. ఫ్రూట్స్ తో కానీ lemon and honey water తీసుకోండి ఆకలి వేసినప్పుడు, డైలీ 3 lemons తీసుకోండి, ఇదే fallow అవ్వండి.

Hi mam, your video is good and I am thinking to start this diet plan. But I have one doubt. I have joined jim for fitness and my timings for Jim is morning 5-6 or 7 and eve 6-7 or 7.30. so when should I have my dinner? What is the preferable time for this schedule

For the next 21 days please stick to vegetarian diet plan, you can sure add eggs into your diet post this 21 day project...we would be coming up with specific diet plans soon

I always thought I had to eat oats, avocado, smoothies and salads to lose weight but always wondered how did my grandparents live such a healthy life without following any such western diets. Hello andi, Thanks for the information. Actually, i really love this diet plan. It's very much comfortable to follow and implement. I'll definitely try this. And i just have a small doubt, What about Non-Veg foods.. Can we have chicken, mutton and fish as usually? And other thing is i don't eat curd, what can i replace the curd with? And Can we have tea/coffee once a day?? Thank you.
