When people say that I look young like 20 and fit even at 34 years, after kids.. I thought it's my genes but after seeing your videos I came to know that I never left my natural village habits like simple meals with fresh veggies, curries,pickles, and try to be simple with stress less mind..Naturally I can't fell for moderen myths. Iam proud to say that " I came from village".

Super!! You explained everything beautifully!! I got my panchakarma done about 8 years ago and have been following diet given by ayurvedic doctors, I am so happy to find someone promoting healthy ways again.. I am overwhelmed by how many people around me eat so unhealthy.. Hi, this is my first review ever.. Hoping it will be very useful for many like me so read completely...
