ABOUT THIS SERIES
If you find it hard to stay motivated, are unsure of how to organize your training, or want to get the most out of your workouts, this series is for you. This three-week journey will help you develop your optimal fitness routine and transform your body along the way. Each week, you’ll find total-body and targeted dumbbell strength workouts, high- and low-impact bodyweight cardio, and mobility and mindset classes to address your training with a 360-degree approach. ABOUT MAT
Mathew Forzaglia is a personal trainer based in New York City. As a lifelong athlete, Forzaglia knew from day one that he wanted to help others on their fitness journey. He played football, lacrosse, and hockey all throughout college and beyond. Motivated by the fitness world, he became a certified personal trainer early after graduation to begin his fitness career. Today, he hosts classes and workshops across NYC and works with clients of all fitness levels, including those with injuries and disabilities, who want to improve their lives by getting stronger and healthier.
His certifications include the National Federation of Professional Trainers, Certified Functional Strength Coach, Concept2 Rowing, PROnatal Fitness Pre/Postnatal, Road Runners Club of America Running Certification, CrossFit Level 1, and TRX Suspension Trainer.
Mathew’s heart-pumping workouts are the perfect blend of strength, cardio, and endurance. You’ll leave each class completely energized in body and mind and ready to take on the rest of your day.
