There was the case of a UK woman that faced 2 years in jail for sending f--- you in a WhatsApp msg to her flatmate. However, in Dubai, because social media it's seen by a larger audience, the plaintiff can claim their reputation/business was damaged. You could be 100% in the right, and still have big trouble on your hands where you end up paying the other side. The thing is, It could be months later, that a person registers a complaint, and you have no idea until you enter/exit Dubai. At that point, all the passports in the world won't help you.
